Even though I’m based in the USA and they are in the UK, Jason was incredibly quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Despite the time difference, communication was seamless. Jason was professional, helpful, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate his prompt attention and expertise. Excellent service — highly recommend!

Desks - very helpful to begin with. Purchased and paid, then had to chase to ensure they had received payment etc. There was a slight delay - all okay, although I did have to chase to get updates too. Goods arrived - took us time to start putting together, the instructions are horrendous!! There are also parts missing! I emailed them, but have not had a response. I tried calling and the answerphone message says they are closed until January 2nd (it is 23rd September). I will update this when I get a response!
22/10/24 UPDATE: After several emails back and forth and lots of measuring, I finally got an email to say they had made a mistake and the desk would not fit together as they had sent them. Further to this, we came to an agreement that they would send someone out to remedy the desk tops. This was carried out, the chap took 2.5hrs to do this and now the desks are in place and look lovely.

I had a number of user queries regarding the product and the online chat was able to investigate and supply excellent feedback. They even offere to video the part of the locking mechanism not shown clearly on the online video.

I know this company well and have had dealings with them over a number of years, they are very committed to quality and customer satisfaction.

Had a slight problem with a product purchased but Box 15 had excellent Customer Support (Darryl) who sorted the problem for us

Checked on phone if they had the item I was after in stock (some table legs) which they did. So ordered them on line after the call via their website and received them 2 days later via UPS..... Perfect!
Would use again for sure no problemo

I made an order recently with Box15 with a quick turnaround time needed, for quite a lot of stock.

Jason was excellent with customer service, working around time limitations on their end (their factory was closing for the summer holidays, and we needed the parts ordered fabricated and delivered before this date) as well as keeping me updated on the situation, and working to fit our order in to meet our deadline.

Box 15's website was easy to use and displayed a nice level of information for any product (and technical drawings/dimensions could be requested for any product that didn't already have them - a very nice thing to see!)

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Box15, the product we received were of very high quality, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we need anything that they supply!

Looks like a good product at the start but … We bought a pop up plug and only lasted 8 months. The company didn’t offer to replace it and instead they offered to send it back for checking but the thing is that it was fitted in the kitchen island and I would have to pay the carpinter to take it out , pay fee to post it back and then pay the carpinter again to fit the replacement. It was cheaper to buy another plug .

It is quite disappointing. They never fulfill their words. As their regular trade customer, we almost always receive the parcels late and they rudely behave when we complain. They never intervene. We will try to find a new supplier after more than 2 years of working with them. They have been constantly becoming worse and worse in customer support. This is today Jason comment in answer to my request asking them to track our order and help us to locate it:
Jason: I'm sorry but we don't have the resources here to intervene, as we too are short staffed but hopefully you will receive presently

Wish I had read these reviews before buying from Box15. Having bought a pop up socket for £250 just a few months ago, I am now being told that it won’t be repaired or replaced under warranty as the plug had been removed by an electrician. This is despite a Box15 rep telling me it was ok to do so and would not invalidate the warranty! Stay away.

Really poor made product plastic give in just after 2 years now left hole in island but will not be buying another sorry Jason

Among the most unprofessional companies out there, which is funny as they're meant to carter to professionals.

Please avoid them, if you confirm via live chat about next day delivery and pay for an over night service, they'll send it out in the standard service.

When you inquire about why your delivery is arriving a day or two later, they'll tell you it's due to Brexit and it should be delivered on the right date.

Which is fair enough, delivery companies might be covering themselves due to any unexpected delays. here's the issue when you contact Ups, they told me a standard service was used and it would infact be delivered a day late.

When asking the seller why they've lied to me, they called me a bully and said I was being abusive immediate red flags, refused to do any of the suggestions such as contacting Ups and getting them to clarify to me that a next day service was used, even if that meant me calling them up again or getting an email sent out, showing the invoice or receipt.

Then started saying they do not need customers like me, just because they didn't like the facts at hand and didn't offer any customer service.

This must be a one man band, because no reputable company would let anyone offer this as customer service and represent their business.
