Curl Activator Spray
The Curl Activator Spray did help my curls have more definition and I didn't find it too crunchy but the frizz was worse than many other curl creams I've tried. I bought it after reading the return policy that if you don't like it, they'll "make it right". Unfortunately, for an open product that means store credit only. I felt that was false advertising.

Horrible Product and Zero Support
The curl activator turned my hair to straw. Note, this is not Bounce Curl which gets great reviews! I contacted the company to request return info. They refused to accept the return. I tried multiple times and still no response. I guess I will have to start a claim with pay pal and my bank. Beware! This is an unscrupulous company.

As there are no returns
As there are no returns, it's a total blind experiment as to the product quality, company integrity and results. I'm disappointed in all three. I took advantage of "special offers" and as another review stated, am now left with unusable products. Emails from the company gave the appearance of customer service but are only window-dressing. Cannot recommend company even if product performed, which it didn't. Given that there are no responses from the company to these reviews, I would have to advise staying far away from any purchases.

Crispy straw hair after use
Took weeks for delivery. Used exactly as shown in IG posts, left my hair as frizzy as normal with a slight old style wet look gel in parts, slightly dragged down the curls/waves and left my hair feeling like crispy straw. Washed it out asap. Binning it.

It took 9 days to ship from the date I ordered it. I got suckered into adding two more bottles of the curl spray so I have 3 bottles. I don’t like the products. There is no slip to the shampoo or conditioner and the leave in spray makes my hair stringy. They do not take returns so I’m stuck with two unopened bottles of the leave in that I will probably never use. I will never order again from Bounce.

Their 30-day Guarantee Is a LIE
Wave shampoo did NOTHING for my hair. Company says 30-day satisfaction guarantee......love it or we'll make it right. Really???? That is totally a big, fat LIE. Warning to every consumer who is thinking of ordering from this company. They don't tell you that there are NO RETURNS unless the product is unopened. YOU have to find this info under their returns info. There is no * next to that 30-day satisfaction guarantee to notify you of this and I'm thinking most people think they'll get their money back if they try the product and don't like it after 30 days. Sleazy company and sleazy so-called guarantee
