Paid a deposit for a bouncy castle for a primary school leavers party. Sent a text a.couple of days before to confirm time. Never turned up. Paid a deposit. Tried to message and phone no response and no way of knowing when we will recieve our deposit back as parents contributed and needs to be paid back

Bounce a lot north west are my go to bouncy castle hire company. I have used them every year for the last 5-6yrs and never had any issues!
The lads are brilliant, and alway do their best to accommodate any requests!
Price is always usually best in the area.

Fantastic service from start to finish we hired a castle for my sons 7th birthday very easy to book (online) deposit was very reasonable the men who dropped the castle off and picked it up were friendly and polite took less then 10 minutes to set up and pack away - castle arrived by 8am and picked up the next day so we had loads of time to bounce. We hired the castle for just the day and wasn’t charged any more money for the castle over night. I will 100% be using this company again we loved it 😃

The delivery and collection people were very courteous. I'd requested a late collection as my party was only starting late and they obliged even though they were picking it up in the dark.
