Excellent service. Delivery as requested. Product in the box is exactly as described.bought for a special birthday. Very happy with product. A great unusual gift for someone. 👍

Didn't actually see it as it was a present sent straight to address arrived when it said it would my nephew was well pleased with it and thought it was great

Paid for a specific date for delivery and it arrived three days later which defeated the point.

Excellent service. Delivered when said, can’t fault it.

Terrific service. Would definitely use again.

Excellent service. The box was a gift and it arrived beautifully packed and on time. I would recommend this company.

Excellent service, even though I left it to the last minute to send it still arrived on time and loved by the recipient. Would definitely recommend

I have used bottle in a box twice now and find them very reliable and trustworthy. I know my item arrives when I have requested and are always notified when it's on the way and then when when it's about to be delivered. I'm not sure if I amtext to let me know if it has actually been handed over but in my case it has gone to a big company and would not have gone to the person I requested immediately. However he has always received my gift. Thank you great service. And reliable company.

I found the Bottle In A Box company excellent to deal with. I ordered a Birthday box of flavoured Gin, tonic, chocolate and nuts and it was delivered to my brother via courier on the exact day I chose . I was even able to track it. My brother loved this gift and I am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely use this company again. I highly recommend them for a quality gift and very promptly too.

No issues whatsoever. Very happy with the purchase and the easy process.

Great service and super selection of unusual gifts.

The order was a gift. We assumed the order would go out quickly and wrote our greeting accordingly. BinaB sent an email seeing it was a birthday present to ask if we wanted it to go out immediately because ordinarily it wasn’t due to go until the following month. We said yes and they arranged delivery straight away. What excellent and exceptional service. We also wanted to amend a future delivery date too. BinaB arranged that too. The present has been well received and the recipient is very happy. Great service which all too often is lacking with some other retail and online outlets Thanks to the team at BinaB

Parcel has not arrived by delivery date and information has disappeared from the DHL site

Happy to update the review of the parcel turns up

Delivered on the day requested and recipient was very pleased with the gift.

Arrived exactly on time, boxed really nicely. The cards that get included are printed on nice card, perfect way to buy and send booze as a present to someone!
