They misrepresent where this product comes from. It's coming from China even though the packaging of the supplement says denver colorado. They refuse any returns and you cannot access the part of your account to change subscriptions because the page "is having difficulties and check back later". Over two days and different computers it still will never load. It's a total scam! I don't want to ingest anything that I have no reasonable trust in what's in the product. If they lie about this to get sales, they surely aren't spending the time and money to actually use organic pure products. You also can find this exact product and packaging under several different names on Amazon for much cheaper then their website.

I have been waiting 5 weeks to receive my order. After waiting so long, I've requested a refund and heard nothing from them. I think I have been ripped off. I would not order from them again and can only hope that I am able to get my money back for an order that has never been sent to me.

However, be aware that they are a company in China, and although they say the product is shipped within 2-3 business days, with delivery 3-10 business days, this is not true, and it takes weeks or months to receive the product. They also promote a 60-day money back guarantee, risk freed with refund for any reason, no questions asked. However dig further into their website and you will see language that they expect you to provide "proof
of the product not working with test result required. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and will not be doing business with this company. Would not recommend.

This product ships from China . It took 3 weeks for it to ship. No clue how long it will take to get to the states and then how long it will take to get to me. I won’t order from Botanic Vault again.

It’s from China! It says it’s from the US, but you order and the tracking is from China. Don’t order from this company.
