Very efficient service and best price including Apple, UPS pickup was efficient and got delivered safely within 24 hours. I received payment a week later, not bad considering a weekend in the timeframe also. Once accepted funds went to my PP account immediately as promised.

I first saw boss macs on a Facebook ad and they were promoting their £50 off voucher code so I thought I’d have a look at the macs they had available as I was trying to find a new one at a cheaper price than buying from apple direct. I was skeptic so at first as it seems like a relatively new company with a new website, but it was the cheapest macbook I’d found so I took the risk and I’m so glad I did. I ordered the MacBook on the Friday and by the evening it had already been dispatched and out for delivery. By Monday morning, I had my new MacBook and it’s great. I bought a grade B one but you couldn’t tell the difference between that and a brand new one, I’m so happy with it and will definitely be recommending them to family and friends

Purchased a MacBook was delivered on time and had problems with charging it. I contacted them they straight away sent me new cable and plug then it still wouldn’t charge so finally sent me a new charger which I used and it started charging.
I would recommend to anyone helpful and sorted the issue out and communicated with me every time would buy again from them.

It was a pleasure using Bossmacs. I had a couple of questions which were answered clearly, making picking the right mac easier and a lot less stressful. I would recommend to friends and I will be a returning customer the next time I buy a mac.

Absolutely brilliant service!
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Really comprehensive advice that was easy to understand and they gave me the perfect product for my needs, even though it wasn’t necessarily the most expensive!
