The two employees who did the job were friendly and polite and carried out the work and were 1st class I was very impressed with them

Had cavity wall insulation done this morning and the lads were spot on. Very prompt and carried out the work with efficiency and respect for the property. Cleaned up after they had finished. I would certainly recommend your company in future.

I was contacted after my last review and asked to remove it but I declined and said I would update when they had been back to sort all the issues out they sent someone out a month ago emptied tank then decided there could be a leak under floor so fitted a valve and asked me to update them after I turned my hot water off over night so I did this and yes I’ve been left with a leak in a hot water pipe under my floor I notified them straight away and had no response I’ve been having to turn my hot water on and off by this valve every time I need to use it! The tank they fitted was too big for the space they put it I was told a joiner would come back and correct it as they can’t move the tank this work was started and bodged in may all problems were reported straight away and I had it confirmed every time that the work was terrible but they would sort it out for me and nothing! I even text the phone the manager ring me off and still not had contact I’m a single mum with two autistic children and they have left me in a worse state now than I was before I’d of rather kept my old heating system than go thru the stress of this pls read my other review also if u are considering this company i will now have to seek advice about trading standards and how I can get this sorted myself the manager even confirmed the guys that started this and messed up by snapping a mains pipe no longer works there!

We have had cavity wall insulation done by this company today and the team that did it completed the work efficiently in the pouring rain with no disruption to ourselves. Cleaned up afterwards too.

Arrived on time explained what they would be doing today. All the team were polite and respectful.

Had our cavity wall insulation completed today. The 3 lads completing the work were polite, respectful and hard working, and explained what they would be doing. They turned up on time for an early start, then worked solidly till mid afternoon completing the work and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Well done lads and thank you for your work.

Had cavity walls and loft insulated yesterday, loft took some doing the three lads were great, polite worked really hard & have done a great job cleaned everything after themselves. A happy customer

Absolutely amazing from start to finish the 2 lads that came to carry out the cavity wall work were very professional polite respectful explained everything at each stage of the job they worked in bad weather conditions and it didn't phase them at all they worked to the highest standard and cleaned up everything afterwards indoor and outdoor
They were a real credit to the company absolute stars

Excellent work., all 3 men worked hard & made sure as little disruption as possible. Cleaned up brilliantly after job finished.

The boys turned up on time and are very helpful and cheerful, even though the weather was continuously raining it did not deter them from working, however a course of singing lessons wouldn’t go amiss, I couldn’t recommend the company highly enough.

As a tax payer it was nice to get something back from the government and this via cavity wall insulation done via Brothwick group.
The lads turned up as stated and got straight to work. They explained the process of works to be carried out. They completed the work within a few hours and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you for your hard work.

Were working next door. Caused damage to my property, breaking edging. Also made a right mess, as the new cavity wall insulation came out of next door's walls like snow. Wouldn't let them onto my property.

Company arranged everything for a grant for the cavity wall insulation government scheme the lads were very hard working pleasant and made an effort to cause the least inconvenience possible tidied up and did a great job thank you all
