BE Uniforms Recensioni

Went into the Carlisle store to get some uniform for my son starting school and the lady in the shop was really helpful my experience was a great one and will definitely be back in future

Bought uniform in July from the Glasgow store. Wasn’t made aware of any cut off dates (order was made 10 hours after cut off date.) when I asked the member of staff how long she stayed it’ll arrive into store within 28 days. Coming close to the 28 days, I called to chase order up, they said it wouldn’t arrived before going back to school which left me in a horrible position as my son was due to start primary one with no proper uniform. I explained to the girl on the phone that I had queried with staff in store, but honestly just so unhelpful couldn’t care less. If staff actually done their job properly and advised correctly that there was a cut off day etc I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place as I wouldn’t have taken the chance of not having any uniform. When we left the store we actually said it felt chaotic in the shop as staff are trying to serve umpteen people as once, clearly too busy to actually give customers vital information.

I have always used the shop in Falkirk for school uniforms but this year they decided to close the shop in the centre and move to a hut in Little Kerse where you can’t get anything. You used to be able to go into the shop and buy ties or hair scrunchies but the new place doesn’t stock anything you can only pick up orders. Absolutely useless!!

Fantastic website. Very user friendly. Easy to order. Option of free pickup of cheap postage. High quality uniforms.

Best part is NO compromise on quality....

Steve is great at communicating, the online portal is a brilliant tool to use. always happy to help and find none stock items as required.

We pre ordered our daughter’s blazer and school tie for her starting her first year in primary school and the staff in the Dundee shop were very helpful and lovely! We received updates on our orders and they even fitted our daughters blazer to size

great place fredily staff anything with school uniform they have it been using them last 5 years

Very helpful staff helping youngsters try on and advice about sizes

Great experience. The girls were so lovely and helpful and it was very much appreciated.

I spoke to Lee about ordering more baseball caps, with a logo. From first enquiry, to delivery was a week. Than included initial price query, confimation of a change to the logo they already had and me confirming how many we were ordering. In good time for gala season.
Thank you Lee, and BE Uniforms.

We used BE Uniforms for the first time and had a fantastic experience. We needed custom-designed team jerseys on a tight turnaround, and they really pulled out all the stops to make it happen. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, largely thanks to Marc, who was incredibly friendly, proactive, and supportive from start to finish.

Marc went the extra mile to make sure we were getting the best possible option for our needs - he offered helpful advice, kept us in the loop at every stage, and worked hard to ensure everything was ready well ahead of our deadline. His attention to detail and commitment to great service really stood out.

The jerseys themselves turned out brilliantly. The quality is excellent, the design came out exactly as we hoped, and we’ve had no issues at all with them either on arrival or since we've started using them.

Based on this experience, we’d absolutely recommend BE Uniforms and will definitely use them again in the future.

The service from the get go was brilliant once the proof had been approved it was only 4 days till I received my order I was well impressed with the embroidered badge

Excellent professional service, good quality products and commercially competitive.

There was an issue with a few of the wee letters on the back of my daughter's new leaver's hoodie falling off. I contacted BE Uniforms and they immediately responded, made it very easy to return the hoodie for repair and got it back to me quickly.

The merch is fab..delivery straightforward and good communication

Great service from start to finish, turning around a last minute order to a brilliant standard of quality. Would thoroughly recommend

Great looking polo shirts and P.E. shirt, but unfortunately the emblem is rough on the inside and gave my son a chafed nipple. Poor little guy! Needless to say he now doesn't want to wear the shirts and I fear I've wasted £40. It would be great if the designers could cover the rough patch with a soft fabric somehow.

We received items as a Christmas present delivered late at the end of January but our relative placing the order had requested sizes that did not fit as the sizes used are not standard, at least here in the UK. We have been told in no uncertain terms that no refund or replacement is possible, even if we visit the store. Extremely shoddy customer service. Be very wary ordering from this outfit. This is despite what is said on their website with regard to their returns policy.

The staffs were good and supportive..i met Female staff and male staff both were awesome...
