However, as advertised on our website, the product you chose has an estimated production and delivery time of 10 to 12 working days, with the estimated delivery dates being 23.04.2025 – 25.04.2025. According to our tracking system, your order was actually delivered on 18.04.2025, which is within just 6 working days—almost half the estimated time!
While we’re proud to have delivered your order much earlier than expected, I do apologise if it still felt too slow for your needs. We’re always looking for ways to improve, and I truly appreciate your feedback.
