Loved this product! Was difficult to understand which template had the option of photos on your event reminders which led to me doing it 3 times on different templates and then giving up and not adding photos. Other than that it’s always a great product :)

I have reviewed the correspondence with our colleagues and can see that you reached out regarding the word "September" being covered by the image you uploaded. After reviewing the files we received, we confirmed that the order was printed exactly as it was uploaded, meaning a reprint would produce the same result.
As part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee, and because we always want you to be happy with the product you ordered, we offered for you to return the calendar for a refund. We apologise if you did not want to return the order; however, this is a necessary step in our process if you are not satisfied with your order. A free returns label is provided as part of this.
Although this issue has now been resolved, we are sorry to hear that you remain unhappy and we appreciate your feedback.

Brilliant for all the appointment dates and reminders
I have had a personalised calendar for a few years now and have always been quite happy with them.
Calendar OK but exorbitant postage cost. How can they justify nearly £6 postage for a kitchen Calendar that was delivered by Amazon.

Dear Pam,
We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed by the postage cost.
For our products which are larger, the postage cost is increased due to the fee being higher to ship these items. We do try to keep our transporation costs as low as possible, as well as this we do offer a 'collect in-store' service which is priced at 1.50GBP so that the customer can choose the most suitable method for them.

Very pleased with the standard of photographs which I used in my calendar.
Arrived damaged shame as would have been lovely
Perfect kitchen calendar, ideal for a kitchen wall. All my family love theirs too.
Really pleased with the calendar. The software is easy to use and upload images and the end result was of a very good quality. The service was swift and would use again in the future.
Great quality although a little on the pricey side for a calendar, saying that it made Moms day so it was worth it
