I was in boots in Ennis. The security guy was horrible. We were testing the testers (we are young girls) and he came over in a terrible temper telling us that we were a disgrace and that we now needed to buy the products we had sprayed (they were half empty when we picked them up and a lot of the bottles had the caps broken showing they were used) please sort him out.

Ordered 3 expensive perfumes from boots. Only 2 arrived in the delivery. Contacted their customer care which is shocking. They have denied my request. So I am now down €120 and no perfume. I have contacted them several times but no result. Do not use boots for online ordering their customer care is a disgrace.

Poor communication, never got the items I ordered even thought noticed that they had been shipped.

I bought items for delivery, the address autocorrected to a different. When I rang customer service they were so rude and unhelpful. They cannot change the address and told me to go to that address and ask them. Imagine spending 180euro with a company and they cannot fix an address before it has been dispatched and allowing it to be delivered to another person and not helping you. I will never put foot in boots again and I was always using the 4 we have in Galway here. We will never get our items now and spent 180

Delivering order already 8working days. No emails about being late,no tracking. Just waiting and thinking if I will get it at all. Absolutely useful. Not ordering never ever.

Spent a large amount of money online on Christmas & birthdays gifts. The box it arrived in was damaged, the boxes the products were in were damaged, ripped & dirty. Looked like they were stood on & kicked around the warehouse before being boxed up. Dealing with customer service over the phone was an absolute nightmare. Had to ring 3 separate times & got conflicting information each time. I eventually had to go in store & request a full refund. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

I ordered five products from Boots and only two turned up in a box that was damaged. When I brought the items to the Baggot St store the staff were most unhelpful, one had poor english and they weren't knowledgeable on how to deal with my order, often asking the same question in different ways. When I logged the complaint online they only refunded for two of the three items so I had to contact customer support AGAIN to sort out the third item. I have major reservations about ordering online from Boots again.

Strange happening in store today. Had 2 items but half way home looked at receipt and was charged for an additional item for 9 euro, completely different from the 2 items. Went all the way back and it was refunded without question. What was going on? There was definitely only 2 items on the counter at all times.

Mostly brilliant Edp Blackrock. 1* for app and Estée Lauder Dundrum. More interested in chatting about weekend than helping me unfortunately

Cancels orders and refuses to give a reason. AI responses only. Horrific company.

I purchased a SURI 2 toothbrush and was despatched a SURI which is the original and now cheaper product.
Every effort online is blocked. Phones not answered, attempts to direct query to an idiotic AI bot that is useless. Wish I had read the reviews before I spent my money buying from this lot.

Asked for solpadiene as I am very sick. Denied. Nanny state in full swing. Will never shop in boots again

Placed a large order with Boots chemist on line. It arrived by An Post courier 🚚 and it was a total disgrace the way the items were boxed for delivery 📦. The packaging was such that the contents burst and destroyed the box causing items to be lost in transit. All the remaining contents ordered were damaged to such an extent that they were unusable and totally useless. Boots distribution/delivery service is absolutely atrocious. I will never again shop online at Boots Ireland.

Was given a different medicine then the original, only spotted when we got home brought it back sealed ,unopened with receipt and they refused to change, staff are beyond rude and not for the first time, will not be using again.

Order placed on Friday, 17th October.
By Monday, I was informed the order had been cancelled by the pharmacist and that I’d receive an email or call explaining why. Spoiler- that never happened...and I knew it wouldn’t.

I emailed on Tuesday through their website, only to be met with yet another joke, it demanded an 11-digit order number, when Boots order numbers are 9 digits long. Seriously, who designs this stuff?

No one replied. Not a single email back. I had to call the customer service line myself this morning, just to be told it was cancelled and that they couldn’t give me any reason because they’re just “the call centre.”

So here I am, left with the choice to reorder something I’ve had before, fully expecting it’ll just get cancelled again with no explanation whatsoever. Why was it cancelled? What’s the reason? How hard is it to actually contact a customer when you say you will?

The whole thing has been a shocking experience from start to finish. Careless, uncommunicative, and downright frustrating. Boots needs to seriously rethink how they handle online orders, because this level of negligence is beyond acceptable.

Ordered gift sets for Christmas presents and they arrived ripped and completely squashed with contents spilling all over them. Contacted customer service, they continuously sent an automated message but never answered any questions or resolved the issue! Avoid at all costs!!
