Very poor customer support. No reponse on email/messenger/tickets
I have paid for booster theme a week ago. till today there is no login email. They have acknowledged that they have some issues with our email. But i have given alternative email ID's to send the URL. Created 5 support tickets so far. They promise 1-2 days response. But it is over 7 days. I believe being a tech company not able to send an email with login URL is really sound like they are looking backwards in their technology. By the way i have payment receipt come through to the same email. I hope it would not come to the refund situation on failure to provide the login email.

Theme and Support are excellent
I did not think that Booster Theme could change my store so much in terms of speed. I am thrilled that I decided to use Booster Theme. I had problems with the registration of the theme right at the beginning, but the support solved the problem in a concise.
Now it's time for me to explore all that Booster Theme offers.

Great Support for Less Experienced
I am newer to ecommerce and have need a lot of support to build my site. Booster has been super helpful and responsive to my requests for detailed steps. Dulce has been exceptionally helpful, always professional and patient. I recommend Booster for the great support services the availability of so many apps that come with the theme.

Support is great, but...
Support is great, but the theme itself is full of bugs and flaws. I've spent countless hours trying to bypass them by myself or with the help of support team, and to make my website functional. In my opinion this theme is too expensive to have such problems.
EDIT: I have to edit this review from 4 to 5 stars because their customer support is truly amazing. They respond so fast and will fix anything in no time.

Great Theme and Great Service and Support
I have been a user of Booster theme for 4 years now. My store did not use all of the features that are built in. I worked with the Booster Theme to redesign my website (it was looking dated) and it turned out wonderful. The team was excellent to work with and the quality is top notch. So what difference did this make? We went live in mid December and we had our best revenue month ever. This January is looking very strong. I wish I could say it was one thing that changed but it was a long list of improvements and easy of use on the site that moved the proverbial needle. Loic provide great leadership during the project and again we are extremely happy with both the service and the results!

Stable Theme With Efficient Client Support
I purchased Booster Theme for two of my Shopify stores 1 year ago. The price gets easily compensated with the client support updates and fixes to help with customization. The theme is stable, I didn't encountered problems, and it's easy to use.

Stop Messing with Unsupported Themes and Get Booster
I worked for years with a Theme that was buy once and do as you wish with it. Those never keep up with Google and you are always limited for coding when things change in Search Engines. Since I have been with Booster, not only do they keep up with the Search Engine Changes and adjust the code in the Theme accordingly, but they have also alerted me to issues they can fix and offered to do that at an affordable fee. The support takes a while because they do full support, but it is always worth the wait. You cant go wrong using this Theme.

Refund SCAM
I purchased this theme as they give an option to evaluate, they offer a no quibble money back guarantee great I thought. What a waste of money, I decided after 4 days to request a refund and cancellation of my license, emailed support no answer. Sent several emails no answer to any of them. The refund offer is a obviously just a SCAM to get you to purchase and then ignore you if you decide to request a refund.
I now have 2 days left of my 14 days refund offer and I have still not heard anything from them.
Absolute SCAM of a product.

Original: Took my money but access to template doesn’t work. No replies to emails or messages. I keep getting automated emails from them to get me to buy more but you don’t service the customer you already had!

Impossible to get support/Glitchy Template
Impossible to get support. Days if not weeks to answer and then a vague answer. Glitcy template and like others have stated variants does not work. After months of working on the template to go live and to have a template that does not work. I need a refund. They do not respond because they have no answers.

Amazing customer support. I emailed as I needed something tweaking on my website, and the support team got back to me quickly and fixed my issue very happy I've been using boost themes for over 3 years maybe longer and can say they’re very good t what they do.

Highly recommended!
The theme is incredibly flexible, and while this alone is great, the support we have received from Loic and his team is nothing short of wonderful. They are fast, responsive and accommodating - and that, at the end of the day, makes the biggest difference to ecom' operators. Highly recommended!

Great theme and support. What makes Booster theme awesome is their staff who is also willing to go the extra mile to help. The response time is always fantastic.
Scam!
Scam. I bought this about 1 year ago because it claimed to be one of the fastest loading speed sites, at first, my site speed was high. Then today, after almost a year of using it, I got an email from support saying my website is too slow and it is affecting conversion and he would offer to help me. I said okay if my site is slow, I expect you to fix it as I didn't add any extra plugins different from the first month of using it. Then he said, " I'll charge you a one-time fee of $1500." Holy crap, the upfront cost of this theme is already way more expensive than anything else and they try to upsell you something that should've been included from your first day of purchase - speed.
I just checked my speed and it has went from grade B down to C. I'm not sure if they are purposely slowing your speed just so they can upsell you as you already bought a product from them 1 year ago, meaning no more income for them as a customer. I am willing to pay extra if there is an additional feature or benefit, but not something you promised on the first day. This is horrible. Thanks to them, I'm going to look for another theme solution, I think a free theme will do just fine from shopify.

Not a great experience but I did get my money back
I purchased the Boostertheme and was really excited about setting up my Shopify store when I quickly discovered I had made a mistake. First, I didn’t realize the purchase price was in US funds. I had assumed it would be Canadian funds as I read the founders are Canadian. It cost $593.12 CAN not $400.
I decided to proceed as the reviews I read were great. Once I started building the theme I noticed it wasn’t as smooth as the themes offered by Shopify. There were glitches or areas that didn’t make sense. So I went straight to the Help Centre. There I found outdated videos and broken links to most of the pages. This was a HUGE red flag for me. I knew that the “life time” theme came with 1 year of support and then after that I’d be on my own for any future updates or issues. I tried using the insta chat on the website but I received an automated message that someone would contact my by email. Quickly I decided that this theme was not going to work for me. I felt that the cost and support were not worth it. I found a very good theme supported by Shopify with much of the same features for far less. I went to the refund policy page and clicked “contact us” only to find another broken link. That right there made my mind up. If they’re making it difficult to obtain a refund then there is going to be problems. I finally received an email from Klea with a link to request a refund. I filled it out and was advised it would be reviewed and if approved I would get my money back. Then nothing. So I started emailing Klea asking if it had been approved. No reply. I used the insta chat on their website and would get an automated message that someone would email me. No one would reply and I felt they were running the clock out. I found Trust Pilot and left a review. I’m not kidding, with in minutes of leaving a review I received an email that my refund was approved days ago but their email to advise me somehow got lost. I was then contacted by email by Loic asking if they could try to make things better by extending my guarantee period by another 14 days and walk me through the process. By this time there was no way I was giving them anymore of my time as it is obvious they can’t provide the support in a timely manner. I’m not paying money for a product that I can get at a more affordable cost with full support directly from Shopify. I explained what my issues were and Loic explained they were transitioning the help center and they were working out the bugs. I declined his offers to make things right and requested my money back. He advised that the refund was granted and asked what could be done for me to change my review on here. I told him once my refund was applied to my credit card I would amend the review. Which is what I have now done. I believe I requested the refund Oct 20, submitted the request either October 21 or 22. I did not get confirmation of the refund by granted until November 1 and didn’t receive the credit back on my credit card until November 4. I received $550.13 from the $593.12 I paid. I assume it is due to the currency exchange. I’m now happily selling my product from a Shopify supported theme. Would I recommend Boostertheme? Most likely not. Mainly because of the support provided. I think the theme has potential and many great features and if you’re techy you’ll probably do fine. For those who need a support centre or who rely on well mapped and updated resources this is not the theme for you. If you’re looking for a frustration free theme and company this is not for you. If you are a wizard with the computer then go for it.
