The website looks legit, but it's a fraudulent webshop operating in broad daylight. They seem to have created their company under multiple domains.

After I got scammed, I notice there's no phone number, legal office address, legit business no. for registry, or something about were the company is registered.

They accept payments but nothing get delivered and there is no answer to emails or escalation made via chatbot.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

What I've done:
- Reported the transaction as fraud to my credit card company.
- Reported the company conducting fraudulent activities at my country of residence's police.
- Warning other not to do the same as me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read reviews before placing my order.

What Happened:

- Ordered a Booster Lightsaber Pro on June 29, 2025 (Order #1177)
- Paid €145.95 immediately via Mastercard
- Over 30 days later - still no delivery
- Tracking shows “Processing” since July 1st with zero updates
- Company has completely ignored all my attempts to contact them

Customer Service is Non-Existent:

- Website chat bot is useless - just gives automated responses
- Requested multiple times to speak with live support - never happened
- Sent detailed email on July 28th - COMPLETELY IGNORED
- Sent follow-up email on July 31st - still no response
- They took my money instantly but won’t even acknowledge my emails

Red Flags I Should Have Noticed:

- Website looks unprofessional
- No working customer service
- Suspicious that they take payment immediately but ship through obscure carriers
- Tracking system shows no real movement for weeks

Current Status:
It’s been over a month since I paid €145.95 and I have nothing to show for it. No product, no communication, no refund. This feels like a scam operation that takes money and hopes customers just give up.

What I’m Doing Now:

- Filing chargeback with my credit card company
- Reporting to consumer protection authorities
- Writing this review to warn others

My Advice:
Save yourself the headache and money. Buy from legitimate retailers with actual customer service. This company either can’t fulfill orders or doesn’t care about customers once they have your money.

Update: Will update this review if they ever respond or deliver, but after 30+ days of silence, I’m not holding my breath.

To Booster Sports Global: If you’re reading this, maybe try answering your customer emails instead of just taking people’s money and disappearing.

I placed an order for the BOOSTER Elite massage gun on April 20 (Order #1813), paid $269 via Afterpay. I received a tracking number that doesn’t work (Aramex 2012559641965609), and it’s now been over a week with no shipping updates and no replies to my emails.

I’ve reached out multiple times and have received no response. Extremely disappointing customer service. If I don’t hear back soon, I’ll be escalating through Afterpay, lodging a formal complaint with the ACCC, and reporting this experience to relevant authorities.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

Я обратился в paypal с просьбой вернуть мне деньги, т.к. платил через paypal. Деньги мне не вернули. Впервые сталкиваюсь с таким откровенным мошенничеством.

I purchased the Booster Pro and it does not work. I have attempted to contact every way possible for a return and refund...NO REPLY. They don't list a number and impossible to get onto them.

I bought a massage gun from them. It stopped working after 3 weeks. But they don`t care about the warranty, they just don`t reply to my messages

I bought a Booster gun last year. It never arrived months after I ordered it . After trying to contact them, they then informed me quite some time later that they did not deliver to my area. So I changed it to another country to be delivered there. It never arrived. After months of sending emails with no response. I then got my bank to request a refund. They declined the refund but then all of a sudden sent me an email saying they were going to refund me ,but that refund never arrived !!
Absolutely terrible service. Don't trust them and don't buy a gun from them
What is disappointing is that I already have a Booster Gun I bought from another physio. The guns themselves are excellent quality and do a grand job. Hence the reason I wanted another one. I also own a large massage school in Europe and wanted to refer my students to the Booster Gun, but obviously now cannot

Appalling customer service. My Booster Pro stopped working (no problem this is what the warranty is for). However, I have reached out multiple times over the fortnight with no reply! I guess they do not intend to honor their year warranty. Very disappointing service and experience

Very quick delivery and the Booster Pro is a quality machine that has greatly exceeded my expectations.
I've used it daily since receipt and am gaining great benefit.
I feel it will pay for itself with less need for massages.
The thing that is better than a massage is that I'm in control and can reach and target any muscle, brilliant, wish I'd bought it years ago.

Excellent product. Battery lasts long so far. The kits are in good quality.
