I didn’t like how much it went up in less than a week when I had 9 days to go with that price. But didn’t get the price I was quoted. But was the cheapest for the car I’ve got

Pure and simple the price haven’t had an issue for you to deal with to judge you on anything else and asking new customers can only ever evoke this answer

Absolutely shocking experience – avoid if you can.

My claim has now been ongoing for over 6 months following a non-fault accident, and I have been left completely unsupported throughout. My car has been undriveable, yet for a significant period no engineer was arranged to inspect it, while I continued paying finance on a vehicle I could not use.

Communication has been extremely poor, with repeated delays, no clear updates, and being left in the dark. I was later informed there had been a three-week delay in contacting their own repair partner, and incorrect contact details were recorded, meaning I could not even be reached.

I also made them aware that I have ADHD and would require reasonable adjustments with communication, however this was ignored.

Despite all of this, they have attempted to push a 50/50 liability decision without a proper investigation.

This has been an incredibly stressful experience over many months, and I would strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing this insurer.

You are a scam so until proven wrong by you paying what is owed . I will keep letting the public know , its their right to know

DON'T,, It's a TRAP,,, Just Stay away from this company. They scam you. After accepting all the details and selling me the policy, fee days after they stopped the cover and wanted to charge £200+ to make it valid. Big red flag. They admitted their fault but refused to fix it or give full refund. I had to cancel the policy as they were ignorant and stolen my money. Worst customer service. Terrible and very stressful experience.
