Placed an order on 6th June

Placed an order on 6th June. On 22nd June, I still have not received the book. The customer care phone number doesn't work. No proactive customer support; only delayed email responses after repeated emails.
Asked for a refund, and they say they won't issue it until the courier sends it back to their warehouse. Who knows if the courier even has the book, has lost it, or has damaged it?! What if they take another month to return the book to the warehouse? So now I have neither the book nor the refund. Regret supporting this seller instead of just getting it on Amazon.

Dishonest company

Dishonest company. They will cancel your purchase if you have bought your books at a discount. The current prices will always be higher. They do not honor their own listed price at the time of transaction. Do not recommend after they changed management.

Kindly refund my money

Kindly refund my money! You guys send the wrong book, then I have to pay and get it sent to you and after doing that you guys receive the wrong product and then never refund my amount back to me. Pathetic customer service and awful mail response. Stop conning people. Don’t fall for paid reviews
