The website is easy to navigate, while simultaneously being pretty user friendly. Nowdays this is can be uncommon, so I'm impressed by the categorisation of the books. Payment was also easy, I'm happy there was an e-wallet option!

I am SO impressed with BooksnBobs' selection - they have almost all the kooky but timeless titles I have been searching for for ages!! And that's what matters at the end of the day, but they also excel with the personal touch like the warm emails and little bookmark gifts that came with my delivery so it turns the whole order into an experience. Yes, the delivery was super fast but I want to practise slow living so it's not a big point for me, anyways, BIG new fan here and great job, hope to visit your physical store one day! <3

First i like your cheeky personal email to customers. It makes me want to read your email rather than ignored it. Very fast delivery within 24 hours even tho I lived in Melaka. You sent me non stop vouchers to buy for my next purchase. It's like continuous chain that binds me with your bookstore. That's pure evil. Now you're my favorite store to buy books.

What i hope you could improve is the website interface so it look more easy to navigate and cheerful. Or maybe you can let customer request book for them to purchase. For now i need to check book availability manually for certain author every week so that I won't miss the chance to purchase it incase they're available.

It's always fun to browse this site and find the books that you been wanting to get at an unbeatable price. After making my payment, I only had to wait for two days about my pick-up details and set up an appointment. Driving to the store for pickup though, may be a difficult experience due to the lack of parking space at the area. Best to go with a partner to help you pick up your order from the first floor and then drive away before another car appears from behind. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely look forward to finding another great purchase at Books n Bobs.
