Do not book with this company - something has happened in the last year since all the positive responses (either that or these are fake reviews).

I booked this trip initially for last year but had to move it due to family circumstances. I rebooked for this year which, after a bit of chasing (the company owners were in Australia) was confirmed.

We are now around 2 and a half weeks away from going and I still have not received any confirmed itinerary, or details (where we're staying / pick up etc). So the reviews where people have said they received pacing advice, strava routes and WhatsApp groups are either false, or just not happening.

It's boarderline amusing how much i have tried to get in touch with the company (monthly since January and every other day or so for the last couple of weeks. I wish i could provide photo evidence here). Despite promises from them (incl. A "sorry we're busy setting up a cafe, we'll call tomorrow... call never came, nor did they answer my call to them) communication has now completely ignored. Of the 2 replied I got from them, they were holding replies.

At this stage there is no clarity whatsoever on whether this trip is actually going ahead (I'massuming not), yet payment has been taken and the deposit of £100 is currently not recoverable due to the lack of response.

Guys - if youre reading this - it is unacceptable to leave customers in this position so close to departure with no confirmation and no way of obtaining a refund. I explained there was an emotional tie to the trip and why it was so important- its a bit gutting you've not found the spine to reply and tell me it's not going ahead.

Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to think very carefully about using this company. Worth too looking at their accounts on .gov. It looks like theyre behind on taxes and struggling to make a profit from this company.

Great experience, completed the national 3 peaks with a couple of minutes to spare after a jog part way down Snowdon, encouraged all the way by Rob who was a superb guide throughout along with Ben.

Everything was well planned from information beforehand to final drop offs.

Great time and would definitely book something else through booketlist without hesitation.

Amazing experience doing the National Three Peaks with Rob and Ben Everything was super well-organized, the guides were supportive and knowledgeable, and the whole challenge was incredible. Unbelievable support from the 2 guys to get us down in under 24 hours!

Although I have done all three of the mountains invidually, having a team of guides gave me the confidence to complete safely under 24 hours without having to worry about anything other than packing my stuff.

From start to finish the team are very professional, explaining about how things was going to go down and keeping us on track with the time and Chris giving some people extra support like carrying bags when needed.

We joined the Bookitlist guys for the National 3 Peaks Challenge with the aim of completing it in under 24 hours (which we did!).

Rob and the team kept us well informed of the details before the event providing us with kit lists, Strava links to the routes with pacing and an 8 week training plan. We were also able to ask questions, and get to know the other people on the trip, through a designated WhatsApp group in the lead up to the event.

When the weekend arrived, the trip was organised perfectly with great accommodation and travel all sorted for us. Each mountain had two friendly and knowledgeable guides, one at the front and one at the back to keep us together. The pacing is faster than you might expect to hit the 24 hours target so it was great to have someone pushing us on but at the same time it always felt fun!

The trip really felt like a bunch of friends that had known each other for years, even though we'd only just met, were different ages and from different walks of life. That is a credit to the Bookitlist team who made everyone feel welcome from the start!

If you're thinking about doing the 3 Peaks in under 24 hours, I would highly recommend Bookitlist. Take their advice and get some training in beforehand to check that you can cope with the pace. If you do that, and take the right equipment, you are guaranteed to have a great time!

Everything from booking to the actual event was seamless; communication throughout every point so I knew exactly what to expect. The leaders were all amazing and made our trip - they were so knowledgeable, approachable, friendly and motivating! You will not regret booking this trip! We did the 3 peaks challenge and felt challenged, supported, befriended in equal measure. Rob and the team were organized, friendly and professional and they put together a really great bunch of people. No question we had the most fun on those mountains and walked away with a memory to treasure forever

Being brand new to mountain hiking in 2025 I was a little nervous about taking on such a big challenge, although the bookitlist team provided everything from expert advice, a training plan and guidance all along the way to help and I’m absolutely delighted to have successfully completed the National three peaks challenge in 23 hours 30 mins, alongside all 12 of our awesome group who completed together! From beginning to end, Rob & Chris have been amazing, providing enough information to take the challenge seriously, while always keeping things light and fun. All the details were covered, and the team responded to questions quickly. Transfers to and from the start / finish points were all included, as well as some meals…all I had to do was follow the training plan, pack what I was told, turn up and crack on! My three peaks challenge with bookitlist is by far one of the most challenging, yet best experiences I’ve had. My fitness levels have soared and I have a renewed love of the outdoors. I can't recommend Rob & Chris enough if you want the best chance of success on those mountains, with the added bonus of having loads of fun while you’re at it!

A great weekend doing the three peaks challenge! Everything from start to finish was very well organised and we felt really looked after by the team. Rob was a fantastic guide and kept the group motivated so we could achieve our goals and enjoy each summit. Just returned from the 3 peaks what an incredible weekend . The entire trip was brilliantly organised and the guides and drivers were incredibly supportive, little touches like touching the water at the start and end were lovely. Just completed the Three Peaks Challenge and couldn’t be happier with how the whole experience was run. From start to finish, everything was spot on — well-organised, supportive, The guide kept the energy high and pushed us just enough to get through the tough moments, while the driver was an absolute legend, making sure we were comfortable and on track the whole way.

Every detail had been thought through, from flexible pickups to rest stops and pacing. We got lucky with the weather and were treated to some amazing summit views and even a sunrise finish. Felt like we were in great hands the entire time.

Massive thanks to the team — a truly memorable and rewarding weekend!

Brilliantly organised trip with a truly personal touch - we all felt looked after and no corner was cut in the planning or execution. Pick ups and drop offs were super flexible, the guide pushed us (in a positive way) to achieve our ambition and the itinerary was great. We got lucky with the weather and managed summit views on all three peaks as well as a sunrise, sunset and stary night with full mean.

I went on the Bookitlist Villamoura golf pairs and enjoyed it. We played some awesome courses, everything was perfectly organised with smooth transfers and the accommodation was great. I had great time with a good group of people.

Good communication. Easy to book. Guide was fantastic. Recommend to anyone wanting to do the 10 hour challenge or a warm up for national 3 peaks. Got a lift there and back free. As well as a celebration beer and free pub meal courtesy of the guide.

me and my family had such a good time on our ski trip to bulgaria in march 2025.Rob and Chris took us to bansko anddd borovets which was an incredible experience.They taught everyone to ski and made sure we was confident before going up the mountain.They also plan everything out for you, things like transport, flights, and destinations so all we had to do was show up lol.Thank you so much really recommend.

I Went on the 2025 ski trip to Bulgaria and I liked that we went to two different resorts (Bansko and Borovets). I’m glad that we went to borovets first as it was better for me as a beginner. Rob and Chris were great with their methods of ski tutoring and had a laugh at the same time! To be honest the whole thing was a really smooth experience from the plane, to the accommodation, to the slopes, we loved every second of it. I would definitely recommend experiencing this in your life!

I completed the John O'Groats to Lands End cycling trip with Bookitlist Travel & Adventure. The team at Bookitlist Travel did a fantastic job of organising the trip end to end. The staff are friendly and supportive which made for a good laugh along the way. It was the experience of a lifetime that I couldn't recommend enough.

Cracking weekend all round, superbly ran from start to finish. Brilliant way to experience the 3 peaks whether you’re new to hiking or experienced, bookitlist really know their stuff. Cheers guys!
