Booking Health is wonderful!
Julia Meinhard is an absolute pleasure to work with. She makes everything easy! Super responsive, able to problem solve, kind, understanding and very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend.

I asked Booking Health to help find a physician/hospital for Lu-177 treatment. Their website implied they could make treatment arrangements for me at lower cost than I could do myself.

We arranged for 6 cycles of treatment. They told me the cost was 22,000 Euros; subsequent treatments were dropped to 20,000 Euros. I paid them in advance for each treatment. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill from the hospital for 9,439 Euros prior to my third stay. I don’t know if Booking Health forgot to pay the hospital or the hospital accidentally sent me the bill. When I asked for and received the actual invoices from the hospital, I was shocked to learn Booking Health had been more than DOUBLING the fee they charged me. When I asked Booking Health for an explanation, I was told my inquiry would be sent to the legal department. Subsequent inquiries have gone unanswered.

In my case, this was over $35,000 wasted on an organization that ‘looked good’ but left me feeling cheated and scammed.

I worked with Denis Walter to arrange for stem cell therapy, PRP, and any other necessary treatments for my Primary Biliary Cholangitis which I have had for 51 years. He suggested a specialty clinic in Germany that would be able to address my needs. The communication back and forth was expeditious whether it was a phone call or paperwork and each step of the way, everything was explained in great detail. The clinic, the doctors who would be treating me, the outcome expected and pricing, including how my body would likely feel after the procedures. He was professional, yet kind and compassionate, and extremely reassuring. I was especially pleased that everything would be pre-arranged from travel to where I would be staying, and I would have an interpreter as well. There was absolutely nothing I had to be concerned about so I could focus on my healing.
As it turned out, I was unable to raise enough funding for the down payment and I had another extremely urgent medical issue that needed to be addressed before I would even be able to travel. Denis could not have been more understanding of the situation.
I will not hesitate to return to Booking Health and Denis Walter when and if it becomes necessary for me to seek alternative treatment for my disorder.

I had my surgery at University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus in Dresden. I was walking the very next day. Still blows my mind a little. The hospital and the medical team were awesome. The coordinator handled all the stuff that usually gives people headaches. They even provided a Ukrainian-speaking translator, which made everything so much less stressful. I felt like things were under control. Professional help all the way around. And because of that, I healed quickly. I’m already back at work. I’m glad I took this trip to Germany. Great medical advice, local personalized care and transfer arrangements with experts for consultation and treatment.

We travelled to Germany for dendritic cell therapy with Professor Gansauge, and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Starting with our initial consult with Booking Health through Denis, right through to travel and accommodation arrangements with Nour, and onsite assistance with Adis.

We never felt alone while in Germany, which is the most important piece of all. Adis was always there to answer our calls and questions with patience and always ready to help even if it meant talking to the airport accessibility assistance staff!

We are back home now and Nour has checked in on us and forwarded our questions and concerns to the medical team.... which gives us great confidence going forward.

I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma at 59. I had already started treatment in Canada. A stem cell transplant was the next step… I reached out to Booking Health. They helped me get my treatment at the University Hospital of Freiburg. That place is so cool! The haematology team knew every tiny thing I was worried about. Not an easy journey. But I never felt lost. The company took care of all the complicated stuff. You know.. all those things that usually make you want to tear your hair out. The coordinator even checked in after I returned home. The treatment went well. I’m in remission now. Saying that still feels unreal. Guys, I recommend you to everyone I know! You’re so great!

Booking Health were fantastic from beginning to end. They made a very different situation so easy. The treatment, travel & hotels was organised from the amazing Monika & Julia. Our interpreter Aksana was so lovely and put me easy, always there to answer my questions. Last but by no least, was our driver Sami. Always there on time & super friendly.

I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. I really wanted a second opinion in Germany. So I reached out to Booking Health. They referred me to University Hospital Erlangen. The surgery went well. I’m so thankful for that. The medical team explained things in a way that made sense. The company took care of everything for me. But there was one issue. My admission was delayed by a day because of a bed shortage. I only found out about that after arriving at the hospital. I ended up waiting for hours in the hallway and had to stay an extra night at the hotel. The team resolved the issue. Despite that, I want to say that the treatment was successful. You, guys, helped me access the care I needed. I just hope you improve your communication with hospitals, so other patients don’t go through the same last-minute confusion. But, in any case, thanks!

I was diagnosed with stage II cervical cancer. After digging through a ton of information, I learned about robotic surgery for gynaecological cancers in Germany. That’s how I ended up reaching out to Booking Health. They helped me arrange treatment at University Hospital Rechts der Isar in Munich. And wow, did that make a difference. The surgery itself went well. Recovery? Way easier than I expected. I still can’t believe how quickly I was able to get back on my feet. I also had radiotherapy afterwards. Doctors, nurses… everyone took the time to calm my fears. I’m home now. I’m doing well. I don’t know how I would’ve managed this whole journey without this company. Thanks so much.

I had early-stage breast cancer. A friend told me about Booking Health, so I figured… why not try? That recommendation changed everything. They helped me arrange breast-conserving surgery at University Hospital Tübingen. The whole medical team there was just wonderful. The coordinator was also great. I’ll be honest though. The first consultation day was rough. I waited for more than two hours. By then, my nerves were already sky-high. The coordinator kept checking on me. I really appreciated that… but still. Not my favorite moment. I’m recovering now. Even with that one frustrating wait, I’m thankful for the treatment and support I received. Thank you so so much, guys.

I/we cannot think of anything regarding the help we had received that might serve as constructive criticism.
The service we received from both Monica & Julia was professional and thorough. They were available for calls from us and were very responsive to our requests/needs and acted with a very much appreciated sense of urgency.
All of our queries and requests were handled quickly and played a large part in ensuring my son’s cancer diagnosis was addressed and treated quickly and effectively.
I/we would not hesitate to recommend Booking Health to anyone.

I have just read a review which is the exact same process we are going through.

We had a family member sign up for treatment, but one week prior to travel became ill, was hospitalised for two weeks, and then moved to a hospice for a further two weeks. Therefore, we received a written letter from NHS Scotland to advise that due to ill health was unable to travel, and would likely ever be in a position to travel from Scotland to Frankfurt in Germany. All this happened in August 2025.

We are still in January 2026 trying to get our money back, nearly 30k in euros. We can receive a refund, but BH want to retain 30% of that which amounts to 7.5k of which they believe is due to their terms and conditions. We have provided evidence to the contrary that does not support BH retaining that amount as we have proven that does not contravene their T&C's.

We are trying to speak with their quality manager, Hany Elrouby, who is evasive on emails, doesn't return calls, etc. to provide us with a virtual meeting with their "legal team" to explain line by line how they specifically feel our case has contravened their terms and conditions.

This is all meanwhile we deal with the family member who has had a horrific time with stage 4 bowel cancel, who is bedridden and undoubtedly on his last phase on his Journey.

I would avoid these charlatans at all costs.

******Update******

We have now just received our money back, albeit only 80% after their "goodwill gesture", again without ever getting a chance to go over their terms and conditions. They have you over a barrel and hold the cards and sadly due to our family member dying of stage 4 bowel cancer and in his last weeks, we decided just to accept and just draw a line under the matter.

The fact that they retained 20% is infuriating and an overall feeling of being scammed and playing on people's heart strings.

Again, avoid these guys like the plague or do your due diligence before signing up.
