עם מי לדבר?אין טלפון.אי אפשר לשלוח אי מייל.יש אתר לא ידידותי.פנינו אליהם חמש פעמים וכתבנו שזה דחוף.שום כלום.כשהצלחנו בכוחות עצמינו להיתקשר לחברת התעופה והסברנו bookaflight לא עוזרת לנו
אז חברת תעופה באה לקראתינו
וסידרה לנו טיסה חלופית מיד ושלחה במייל את הכרטיס החדש
מאוחר יותר קיבלנו מייל מבוקאפלייט שבו כתוב שהם הצליחו למצוא לנו טיסה חלופית.איזו חוצפה!
ובו בזמן נתנו לנו זמני טיסה שגויים ואפילו לא התנצלו

Horrible practices
Horrible practices. If you want to contact customer service you need to pay 25$? The airline cancelled the flight and we had very hard time contacting them. Never again

1.impossible to talk in phone
2.no answer from custom service after writing them twice
3. measliding by giving the customer to understand that if he pays extra money for the abbility to cancel the order for any reason ,he will get the money back if he will cancel the order ,while they do not give back the money but only cupon of some of the money.

Don't go there...
When something happens and you need something, there is no one to talk to. The voice machine or auto reply emails are written in an arrogantly way (Shame!).
The website is so annoying, for every little action you need the booking number and then wait for code via email/SMS. no friendly.
Watch out before booking.

Scammers - you will pay way more than they are telling you
They are selling luggage at 2-3 times price of the airline itself, and do not mention its for one way only for round-trip ticket.
Ordered tickets are not properly filled, and after all that they suggest you pay another $50 just to make them know they made a mistake!

חיוב כפול לאותו כרטיס!!!
ביוני קניתי כרטיס לפרג דרך bookaflight.
בגלל טעות של המערכת קבלתי שני כרטיסים לאותה טיסה עבורי ובטח חיבו אותי פעמיים
טלפנתי כמה פעמיים לחברה אבל אף אחד לא ענה ולא חזרו אלי
אחרי 31 מיילים, הם התעקשו שהם עשו את הזיכוי וזה בעיה של הכרטיס אשראי שאומרים שלא קבלו את הזיכו
בקשתי מהם לעשות טלפון לחברת אשראי שאומרים שלא קיבלו שום זיכוי אבל הם סירב
אתמול אחרי הרבה עוגמת נפש החלטתי לא להמשיך להיות נחמדה ולהגיד להם שאני הולכת לדווח לרשתות חברתיות ולעורך דין שלי...ואז אחרי שעה הזיכוי הופיע בכרטיס אשראי שלי! אבל בסכום יותר קטן

scammers
scammers. wanted to change the name of 1 of the passengers but they allow to change only 2 charachters without extra charge. what kind of diabolic mind do you need to make up such a rule? also, to get "free" customer service you need to ay $17 extra per ticket. if you don't, they charge $50 per ticket just for the right to get any kind of customer service. hope you all rot in hell. scammers.
