I really had a positive experience with Boogie Bounce. Unfortunately the product wasn't for me, but I can't fault their service. They were quick delivering and quick to respond to my request for a return, which all went smoothly and my refund issued.

Very swift delivery. Love the boogie bounce. Had to get help to open it up first time around but no problems since. Great value .

The trampoline is extremely sturdy, very well made, comes with comprehensive instructions and included extras I wasn’t expecting. I am enjoying using it every day and am feeling the benefit already. The item was very well packaged and the courier very kindly lifted the box inside as it was quite heavy. Great customer experience.

I am pleased with my Boogie Bounce.
It's easy for me to jump in the morning before work and before bed.
I would encourage anyone to buy one if they don't have time to go to the gym every day.

There is no way to review online, I purchase a boogie bounce, the courier left it in a public walk way. When I got home it had gone.
I’m £90 down, no trampoline, and zero confidence in the company or PayPal.
Product may be fantastic, but I’ll now never know
Avoid and buy in person is my advice

I’m thoroughly enjoying my Boogie Bounce - you need to purchase the app though as that’s what’s motivating me to bounce each day. The only thing that I’d fault is that they offered a bounce belt with it and mine hasn’t arrived. I’d have given a 5star review otherwise.

5 as very quick service. Not to happy with the delivery guy tho. Moody coz i didnt open the door straight away and then when i did he dumpted to boxes in the hallway and then grumbled bye to me. And leaving me to try and get them up the stairs the 2nd box was bigger and i really did struggle with that one but boogie bounce box was ok

I’m really pleased with my boogie bounce. It’s great for home exercise and the app is fantastic for work outs etc
