Great customer support. High quality product. Definitely worth the money.

These are the brightest light strips that I've found. Sealed up like no others against moisture. Great lights, but even better is their customer service. Had a minor issue with a light, emailed a pic and had a new one in 2 days, no questions asked about the install or anything. They stepped up and made a lifetime customer.

Holly is amazing! I needed 100' of 6 conductor 22 AWG RGBWW power lead wire for an RV lighting project I was working on. Already purchased the Boogey lights but needed more wire. Holly was absolutely accommodating. She checked the warehouse, confirmed the wire was in stock and then shipped the wire overnight for me. Outstanding customer service! I highly recommend Boogey Lights! Great customer service!

Bottle of adhesive was leaking in the bag. Junction box color wires was not in order as illustrated in directions ..zip ties could be upgraded to bigger thicker lines ..I had to buy bigger ones..lights are amazing though once I installed it..

Bought a multi-color combo undercarriage and canopy top set for my 2017 EZ GO golf cart. Had them professionally installed at a local EZ GO dealer. Upon picking it up, 1 of the 4 light strips was out of sync (displaying different color than the other 3). I contacted Boogey Lights. After quite some time of going back and forth with Boogey Lights to figure out the problem, that 1-strip had to be rewired multiple different ways from color matching the wires, as the directions state, to a mismatch of wire colors on that 1 strip. With this mismatching of the color scheme of the wires in that 1 string, it's easy to determine that one strip has an internal wiring defect from the factory.

I won't buy another set of Boogey Lights, nor recommend the product.

In February of 2021, I purchased Boogey Lights 16' awning kit and also (3) custom length RGBWW strips for the front CAP LEDs on my 2019 Montana 5th wheel trailer. I had the front CAP repainted on my trailer, and it was this last week that I finally was able to do the light installation myself, which saved me $1,400.00 for someone else to do it. The installation took me two full days, some patience, and the results are spectacular. Everything works awesome. The quality of the lights, controllers, remotes, and wiring harness is first rate. I've bought from other companies in the past, but Boogey Lights includes everything you need. One very important part that other companies fail to provide is the adhesion promoter. This component is crucial in making sure your light strips adhere to your trailer. My next trip is this June 20th. (Father's Day) up to Santa Barbara. I can't wait to see the looks and questions about my lights, because I bet nobody else with a 5th wheel will have the multi color LEDs that I have on the front CAP. Routing the cables through the front CAP takes patience and skill, and I was able to pull it off. Thank you guys/gals at Boogey Lights for a great product. From Robert Bartley, Upland CA.

Great looking quality product and easy to self install my under glow camper light kit.

Great experience and customer service. I put lights on my 07 Heritage Softail Classic back in 2011. A couple of strips had a light or two that recently stopped working and they replaced the strips free of charge. Great products and great people who care about their customers!

The lights are terrific; very bright and they add a lot of "pop" to my bike. The staff, especially Brian, are very patient and helpful since I had many questions. I even had a few strips left over for the golf cart and bought a second controller which is on a separate frequency than the bike which is awesome.
I would highly recommend these to anyone looking at either a DIY, or an installer to do them. I did them myself and they came out great.

This is the best product on the market and customer service is 2nd to none!!

I had to call Boogey Lights for customer service support because we disconnected the frost white lights on a partial rebuild of 2001 Roadstar 1600 Silverado. I purchased boogey lights back in either 2009 or 2010. I needed some support to reconnect everything and the team stepped up by providing me guidance in reconnecting the old transmitter to the bike. Much Appreciated Boogey Lights. Great Team of Support!!!!!
