Will NOT recommend Boodmo

If the spare parts that you are looking for, is available in shops, that too with even higher price, I will recommend to get it from shops. I have purchased a left side seat belt buckle for my car. But Boodmo had wrongly sent the right side seat belt buckle (the one with electrical connector for seat belt warning light switch). I have informed Boodmo about this through email. They arranged the parcel service for picking it up back to them. Even after two weeks they didn't returned the money back. Later after my repeated emails, they replied me that money cannot be refunded since the item sent back is a 'used one'. I have sent back the same item in the same package, the very next day. Even the item had not been taken out from the polythene cover. Note that there is no customer service phone number unlike other online shopping sites such as Amazon or Flipkart. Don't expect the integrity and honesty of Amazon and Flipkart from Boodmo. Former two firms are from USA and the later is from Haryana or UP. They still believe in making profit from such fraudulent activities like this. It is evident since they have don't have provided any facility to talk directly to any customer service executive unlike other online shopping sites.
So I will not recommend Boodmo.

Just trust Boodmo

I have tried to purchase some products from Boodmo and I had too much oscillation after seeing so many bad reviews on the web. I took a risk and went with Boodmo. The products arrived on time and the package was really perfect. Nice work Boodmo team.

Boodmo is a fraud company they are very fraud company I have ordered the swift grill they sent damaged material , then now they are saying no replacement no money back

If you order any material it will reach u after 3 months

they are fraud.

none of their customer care number works. I tried for 2 3 days. no email response. I ordered 2 lights but they sent only 1.

Fraud company

I had ordered a engine additive on 9th jan with Order #0901/01043265,and i have been given changed date of delivery for last 3 weeks. This is a bogus website to just get money from customer.you keep chasing them and at the end one will get frustrated and leave the money with them.their person yashsvi replied to my mail sayng he will chk delivery date and get back last week and no revert after that.PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE FOR PURCHASING PRODUCTS.

Order and lose your peace of mind

I had earlier experience of my order delivery date being postponed about over a month and later cancelled and refunded. But when I planned to change my figo aspire headlights to graphite (blackened) only due to cosmetic reason. I waited until both RH & LH side headlight was updated as available at same seller and placed my order #3112/01019258. without my confirmation they had split my order and placed each one to different seller,
One seller dispatched the 1st order the next day the other 2nd order dispatch date was changed (increased to 1 week from original date). The 1st order which i had received was damaged even though the packing was good. when contacted customer care the informed me to raise a return request later they wanted me to share the video and pictures of unboxing (believe me guys their packing was so good that i thought what could have gone wrong and didn't take the unboxing video which i usually do for online orders) later i had to share the damaged headlight photos it has been two days and no update till date. I have lost faith in them i don't think the 2nd part of my order will be delivered and i wont receive a refund for the 1st order. i am stuck with a damaged product. The nearest ford showroom is 60 kms from my place i should have gone there to get them myself directly instead of paying the additional delivery charges.
Please note : The website boosts of a 10 day assured return but in real you have to raise a return request with 48 hrs of delivery. Then starts the lengthy return process so long that i haven't seen the end of it yet.
Update 1: After a 10 days from the date of my complained the return was approved. The Delivery date of the 2nd order changed 5 times till date.

Continuously extending safety part delivery deadline for last one month

After ordering Renault Duster OE front brake rotor set (#0612/0958186-1) on 06 December 2020 on Boodmo, the site has extended the estimated delivery date for no less than 4 times citing unavailability of parts. The current estimated delivery stands at 07 January 2021, which I doubt will be honoured. This is turning out to be a big joke concerning a safety part of Rs.6801 value. If I dont receive the OE part on 07 January 2021 of the desired quality and in best condition, I am going to elevate the matter to various forums and the Government. If you do not have a part, why not decline to take the order. Why block the money and not deliver. The same money could have been used to buy the same parts at another medium. This is turning out be a disappointment. I fear it does turn into a fraud. Will not order a part from Boodmo.com henceforth.

WRONG PRODUCT SENT

I had placed an order for brake pads of Honda City GXI 2004 model, what i received was brake pads of Honda Amaze (Petrol) seriously!!! How can someone be so irresponsible, they call themselves as a Auto spare experts, they don't even know what they are doing, very much disappointed, I have also returned the product & still have not received refund to my respective account, I WOULD RECOMMEND PEOPLE NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM BOODMO, THEY ARE NOT REILABLE, SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE!!!!!

Thank god for the reviews section i was just going to order a part,but after looking the reviews section i changed my mind of ordering the part.
The worst part is the dont give cash on delivery option it seems they are making a fraud by not refunding.

Worst service boodmo

I ordered for five items for my Mahindra verito 2012 model out of that I received only one item (by gods grace ) and for the rest of the item I waited for more than two months and cancelled the order because they are keep on changes the delivery date,still I am waiting for refund.

We have ordered the Mahindra Verito D6…

We have ordered the Mahindra Verito D6 2011 model headlight and they have delivered for some other model which didn't fit into the car. We have raised the return request and only one they have approved for refund and the other side headlight they have rejected to refund by saying damaged. I have full packing video and still they are not listening and rejected. I am 100% sure that it was not damaged from our end as I have done the better packing than boodmo's courier. It must have been damaged in trannsit by boodmo's courier people while returning. This was the first time I ordered from Boodmo but the experience was horrible. I thought I will order my xuv500's parts also but now I will not as they don't send the correct parts and return process is complicated and no transperancy is there. Now what will I do with that one side headlight which is of different model car.

Hyundai brake pad kit not delivered

I had ordered for a hyundai creta front brake pad kit & other auto parts. In total four items
but the front pad kit was never delivered to me. I had never expected atleast this kind of cheating from a well known website like boodmo.
Company.claims it has sent me the package and shown me a cctv footage.
So either the boodmo seller or the courier is at fault here for the missing package.
I should have taken a video before un-boxing the package.

Unresponsive website. No customer support.

Order#2610/0861112 for Volkswagen Seat Belt Latch ordered on 26/10/2020 . Till date, product not even ready to ship.
Wrote twice to customer care in last 1 week. No response.
All the numbers of support on the website are non operational even during regular working hours of the day

I paid in full for the part. Please ship the product fast

Updated Review: Bodomo: I wrote so many times on contact us of the application regarding order tracking, but you never replied even once. The review was posted on 10-Nov and after so many failed followups, and unresponsive customer care, I just could not rely on Boodmo, and I had to cancel my order on 21-Nov-2020. How long do you expect a customer to wait and bear with your unresponsive customer support?
I got SMS from Boodmo that refund has been initiated on 21-Nov-2020. I've not received it yet, but I think I will get it in few days.
So that way at least money wasn't stuck with them

Hi This is a fake website. My order no is 2210/0850527-2. they took advance cash. Never dispatch parts. Just give you new dispatch dates every week. More over all the Telephone Nos given for support is also fake . None of them is working. I feel cheated with this web site.
