Very late but delivered correct part eventually.

So I’ve read a lot of bad reviews about this site saying it’s fake. Here’s the thing. I did order from them and they did deliver the exact part I needed. I couldn’t find it anywhere in the market. A lot of the fake and bad reviews said that they take a LONG time to deliver. Wayyy above their estimated delivery date. So if you need the part urgently, then forget it. But if you can wait a few weeks to maybe even a few months (according to some reviews here) then go for it. They say it also depends on the city. I am writing from Hyderabad. Here, the service was not too bad, they went a couple weeks above their estimated delivery date but they did deliver the correct part.

Cheats!

Cheats!! I still don’t know how they are surviving in mainstream. Once you order they’ll just take the money and never deliver you spares. They’ll just keep postponing for months and months together, promising to deliver by the next iteration and once your fed up like after 3 months when you ask for a refund, they still say processing your refund and will be delivered within 7-15 business days every single time you ask them. Boodmo is like lending money to a guy who you know will never return the money back by saying next week, next week!

BOODMO SELLS ITEMS ABOVE MRP!!!

1. BOODMO claims FREE DELIVERY or DISCOUNTS on some special occasions. However, the payment at checkout is actually MRP PLUS DELIVERY CHARGE (where delivery charge is not mentioned or labelled).
2. With delivery charge applied, total payment at checkout is MRP PLUS DELIVERY CHARGE. So, this means that the same total amount is paid at Hyundai authorised service center part plus labor. So it's overall wiser to visit ASC and get vehicle service.
3. All the above facts being mentioned, it can be concluded that BOODMO LITERALLY SELL PRODUCTS ABOVE THE TAGGED MRP in both cases - with offers and free delivery cases.

Getting in touch with them sucks... I bought a Ac compressor which had an manufacturing defect... I kept on emailing them but hardly any reply everytime it goes on to robot. It's been 3 months now. N yes delivery took 1 month to reach on top of that.

I have ordered steering motor my Chevrolet beat Diesel and received the non-working and damaged product..I have shared the photographs immediately and raised a complaint immediately, now after i sent back the item into their hub and wait after almost 20 days they first told me that that part have some installation marks (even its a plug & play part i cant understand how a plug and play part have installation mark even i didn't used it in a single second) now after discussed on several mail they are saying that part is damaged, now i am feeling totally cheated today ..this is very bad and cheating the customers as we are expecting to deliver fully working products.

Boycott Boodmo and Save Yourself!

Boodmo is the WORST website to buy from. Please refrain from buying from them as you'll only end up losing money. I'll break it down in points:

1. Everytime I place an order, the order dates keep getting changed at their own will. This time, I receive an update that the product is out of stock so the updated ETA is actually 'Infinite'. Look at that!

2. Upon writing to the customer service they easily tell you to return the items after wasting weeks or even months if at all you do receive your products. I haven't.

3. The suppliers ship very old stock to get rid of it and I've always received expired products.

4. They always justify their own problems but they just won't implement a simple system of real time stock update which tells whether an item is even available or not and when exactly it can get delivered. In this age of modernization and technology, they're conducting business like a local Fraud Vendor who keeps collecting money but never supplies the goods.

It's a huge scam that I've been a victim of and many times not once, mind you. If all these reviews don't educate you, nothing will. You've been warned. Save your money and buy from another website or your local vendor/dealership.

UPDATE:
Based on the reply below by Boodmo, let me clarify that I had written to their support and in fact I've been writing to them since last year but they are only getting worse. I've already cancelled all my active orders with them (which were active for months now, btw) and still my money has NOT been refunded yet. Also, this is an auto generated reply from them on every review just to mislead the prospective customers but they don't do anything to help you out. You'll only get FAQ replies in your email as well. I'd again reiterate please STAY AWAY FROM BOODMO. It's a SCAM!

Modifying order without asking, Poor Customer Sevice

I ordered Rear Window Lift assembly. After a week or so, they cancelled and changed the order to guide rail, refunded the balance amount, all this without even speaking once to me.

After writing to their team, they bluntly write that you can return the items. I didn't expected this at all. First you modify your order in the way they want, without having any courtesy to even check with customers.

Already the order is late and now you are going send wrong parts, expect me to return, take one more week to refund money and I am supposed to re-order!!! There is no option to talk to customer care. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

If you are no automotive expert, don't play with others money by substituting with wrong parts and wasting the customer's time

Customer will better go to market and get what they want, not spend money, run after you, write many emails and get nothing in return from you.

Even after so many years, you have still the same pathetic system and Customer service.

You'll suffer if you order parts here in boodmo

I've ordered three products from boodmo which were in processing status for more than 8 days after that, when i cancelled the orders as there were no updates for the product (just in processing) it's been showing cancel request for last 4 days
they've my money and i don't know whether I'll get it back or not,
please don't buy products from here,
it's really a scam i think

I have ordered clutch plate for my Chevrolet beat Diesel and received the used and damaged product..I have shared the photographs immediately and raised a complaint and the ticket status is showing as resolved as I didn't receive any call from customer care..this is very bad and cheating the customers as we are expecting to deliver geniune and brand new products

This was the text I got on 29 August and till date there is no response and nowhere to track the order. Very poor service bodmo. Please give me order tracking info or else I have to seek other help to get money back from you.

If spares are not available, don't take the order we as customers have choice to decide to take some other places, I had ordered spares for air filter and got cancelled after one month...and now the price got changed from 400 rs to 3500 rs for punto evo..if it is available now with different prices then you should pay the remaining amount...that's what Flipkart and Amazon will do... we cannot keep car parked in workshop and keep waiting, I am surprised how you are India's largest car spares suppliers, we order spares online with an trust nothing else, Seniors must in your operations must view this seriously.this will become next snap deal...once you looses the customer trust no matter how much you put effort to bring back.it won't come... remember my words

Order No. 0308/01581032-1 was placed on 3rd Aug. with estimated dispatch by 11th, but few days I received a mail that it will be dispatched by 12th and today on 12th they have given new dispatch date of 16th Aug. for dispatch. I could not understand that if the items are not available with you why those are shown in Stock? and even after placing the order if any supplier is putting back order, it should have been dispatched in 10 days. In 7 days, we can import from China and you can't deliver in India. Very Poor service. Plz improve.

Due to this the ETAs are getting updated.The current ETA for your order is 19th Aug and we’ll try our best to get the order delivered on or before the promised date.
Furthermore, we totally understand your concern so, if you are not comfortable waiting further, you opt for cancellation and get your amount refunded.

I will suggest not to purchase anything from this app...
Horrible experience with boodmo. A very unreliable portal with non-existent customer service. Most importantly they don't even reply to any communication via their given email address so I am posting the order no. here.
Order No. #1307/01512442-1

Not all parts which are listed in their website are available with the sellers. They keep on extending the date of delivery and shows processing in the order status.

One fine morning after 40 days of placing order the order status would change to "Not provided by Seller" and they have cancelled it...

Hi, Sorry for the trouble. As checked, the ordered part was not available with any of our suppliers because of which that placed order was cancelled. Being a marketplace we do not keep all the parts in stock and we need to rely on the suppliers for the arrangement as per the expected arranged time listed by them on the front but sometimes the delay occurs as the part is not available with the suppliers and has to be directly arranged from the manufacturers. Hope you understand.
