What a wonderful company to deal with. We had an urgent need and they responded so well. We asked for a product and if it could be sent by courier that day if possible. They met our needs without any fuss just a very professional and efficient approach. Wonderful customer service.

My wife had her beloved Bonz lambskin jacket stolen from an airport lounge. A telephone call and a few emails later we received a custom made jacket that fits perfectly and is beautifully made of the finest materials.
We highly recommend them.

The Merinoshield Bonz mask is pretty, dressy, comfortable, and effective. There are many colors that I can choose from to match with my dresses and blouses. The mask alone feels safe for most places but there is also a cavity between the two layers to add a Helix filter in case I need to go somewhere where social distancing is difficult like the doctor’s office and hospitals. The best thing is that Kati Mannisto, the sales representative, is very friendly! She answered promptly to my queries from the length of shipping to color and design of the masks. She provided me with the best experience and made my online shopping very enjoyable! I proudly wear Bonz masks and would recommend them to everyone. Covid19 gave me a lot of stress, but Bonz masks gave me back some peace, and Kati gave me a very caring experience! I have just purchased a Tiffany lambskin jacket from BONZ. I did a lot of research for this item as it is a lifetime investment piece for my wardrobe. I wanted to purchase NZ made, and the best quality. The quality is superb!
I found the website and sizing guide to be very accurate, this was important as I bought online, not in store.

We purchased a scarf as a leaving present for a highly respected work colleague. Bonz was super quick to respond to our questions prior to making the purchase as we were worried about delivery times given general courier disruptions caused by Covid-19. They delivered the next day! Best of all, the scarf is amazing! Warm, soft, and clearly made to a high standard. It was well received and our experience with Bonz customer service was excellent.

Many years ago I was in Queenstown NZ, visiting from Austin TX USA. I happened into the store Bonz, and bought a pair of lambskin and wool slippers. When I first got them, I will admit I was little skeptical because they are very delicate. But once home, I started wearing them, and wearing them, and wearing them. They are extremely comfortable. With time they mold themselves around your feet, and become like an extension of your feet. Because they are very thin, it feels a bit like you are barefoot, even though you are in slippers. I wore them so much that I had to start repairing holes and tears, so just a few weeks ago I went on their website and got another pair. They lasted about 4 years of constant usage. I think you'll love them - get a pair!

Thank you to the wonderful Kati and Bonz NZ team I was finally able to purchase a beautiful hand knitted jumper from their store.
I went online from Victoria Aust. Chasing a red, merino wool jumper. Could not find my dream jumper. Left a message thinking I would not hear anything for a while. Promptly heard from the wonderful Kati. Everything was possible. Within 12 hrs, a few emails back and forth, I had a beautiful, red, fine merino wool jumper measured to fit correctly travelling to me from the most beautiful, amazing Bonz NZ store. Kati, you were just beautiful to deal with. Bonz NZ you are amazing, so glad I found you after attending a wedding in Queenstown NZ. So excited to get my red jumper soon.

Not only did they help me with sizing, my queries and concerns, they also added a birthday card for free for my husband. In this pandemic times, a little act of kindness goes a long way.

We had a wonderful time shopping at BONZ in Queenstown. They offer beautiful items and great service. We spent over two hours shopping with our teenagers and it was a pleasure experience.
