The following is my own negative experience. I purchased my glasses at one of the fancy Bonlook stores on November 20. Store employees were very kind. I was told that the order will be ready in 12-15 workdays but I did not hear anything for 3 weeks. I called the call center and was told that the glasses did not pass the quality check and underwent production again. I was frustrated that nobody bothered to call and inform me of the situation. A couple of weeks passed, still no response. I don't remember how many times I had to call them and every time the same answer "it's almost ready you should receive it in a few days". Finally I called them once again to cancel my order on December 28 and asked for a refund as I did not want to put on these glasses any more. Have been refunded the next day but could not put on the glasses I needed for 6 weeks. My biggest frustration is nobody called me even once to inform me why the process took much longer than promised.

I needed to fill a prescription and selected this store as they claimed to have a stylist help choose frames. Well it so happened that another customer helped me pick them. She was so outgoing and personable I thought she worked there as she outshone the stylist who I was actually booked to see.

Great customer service. I cannot say enough about the amazing staff, and optometrist. From the preliminary exams to the actual eye exam, everything was well explained. Definitely a good experience!

Franchement décevant, j'ai perdue 1h30 pour choisit une monture, lorsque j'ai voulu l'acheter ce n'était plus dispo. Elle était sur les tablettes mais pas disponible à l'achat. Impossible de l'acheter bem pourquoi l'offrir!!!!

Really great staff and selection of glasses. Staff took their time and answered all my questions even though it was pretty busy on Black Friday weekend. Very excited for my new glasses (and the deal I got on them)!

This was my first time at BonLook and I had amazing and knowledgeable customer service from the moment I walked in. I can’t say enough of Babette in the Oshawa store, she was able to pick out 2 pairs of frames that were perfect within seconds. I am so excited to get my new glasses.

I was browsing for some glasses when I came across BonLook. The store was clean, and everything was displayed nicely. The staff was super helpful and told me to try on whatever I wanted to in the store. This is my first time getting glasses and the staff there was super helpful. He was patient with me while I tried on several. The best part is that BonLook is super affordable! I have went into a few glasses store but prices were expensive. If you are looking for something affordable, yet stylish and chic, I highly recommend you to come to this store and check them out!

Customer service is amazing, the salesperson was so patient and helping me choose between a lot of nice glasses. I usually don’t feel comfortable taking my time to choose but she helped a lot with that !! The prices are also very affordable. And compared to other places, vendors are not trying to sell you the most expensive pair, they give genuine advice.Thank you Fatima!!

My daughter and I just happen to be in the mall doing a little bit of running around. I seen the Bonlook store and had to run in and take a look. There was so much to choose from that we spent so much time there. The staff were very friendly, helpful and we enjoyed our experience. By the time we were through we had both ordered two pairs of glasses. Can’t wait for them to be ready and pick them up.

We’ve been Bon Look customers for years but lived in a province without a retail location. We had a great experience at the Sherway store. Employees helped to create a friendly, helpful, no-pressure environment. Purchased two pairs for my husband and ended up coming back for one pair for me.
