I went to the Eaton Center location and the person that helped me, I believe their name was Sonam from looking at my invoice, was so incredibly helpful, friendly and patient in helping me decide on the perfect frames. Thank you for all your help! I'm looking forward to picking up my new glasses once it's ready.

I have a lot of difficulties making decisions, especially around glasses. I walked into the Mapleview store today and was helped by the most friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable sales associate. I never felt like I was being pushed towards a sale or being given adverse advice. She helped me confidently (and quickly) pick out 2 pairs of glasses that I may not have chosen on my own but really love them. The price, choice of frames and customer service was top notch! I’ll be a returning customer.

Fantastic experience!
I bought a prescribed frame almost one year ago. How ever it was not fit and kept falling down.
Mrs. Surki took care of that and I returned the unfit frame and recieved all money back and put a new order.
I absolutely recommend Bonlook as one of the best service providers.

The staff at the Kingsway mall location are absolutely fantastic. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I work in the mall and I went there on my break to check out the selection. They made it so easy, knowing I didn’t have much time. I had a new pair of glasses ordered within minutes. I was so pleased with my experience that I returned a month later to purchase 2 more pairs. The store manager and the optician remembered my name, and helped me pick out my frames, giving honest opinions to help me decide. The company is awesome, but the customer service in this location is above and beyond! I highly recommend!

Most recently I broke my glasses and had to go to your Sherway garden store in Toronto. I have been using your services for years
I went to the store on July 4 the rep tried to fix my glasses but was unable to do it but she phoned some stores and was able to find a replacement pair under my warranty.
I also knew it was time for me to order new glasses so she assisted me in finding new frames and provided me with the next steps re prescription etc. This whole time was focused on ME. coming initially into the store and I was in chaos and within minutes I was calm and take care of. Today July 12 I returned and was able to order my new glasses and it took no time at all and my receipt for my company benefits was in my email by the time I got home
Every time I go in ur store the service is so professional and completely client centered and what could be a chore turns into a delightful experience
I am also impressed how collaboratively the teams work and also they maintain stringent COVID protocols which is super important to me.
As a company you are so lucky to have these employees represent your business because folks will keep coming back and will spread the word

Even though stores are now open in Ontario, I was hesitant about purchasing glasses during the pandemic. The store policies allow the staff to remain safe and to still provide quality service. Both staff members at the Sherway Gardens location made the process very easy. Even though you can't bring anyone in to help you decide on a pair of frames, the staff were helpful in providing feedback about which ones looked good. This is my third purchase from this company and I've been very happy so far.

The staff at the West Edmonton Mall location are excellent. Both the stylist and the optician were professional and helpful.my only complaint isn’t with this location, it’s with the Bonlook website. I found the sunglasses I wanted to order on Bonlook’s website and they appeared to be 70% off, but when I went to place the order in store, they informed me that only one of the colour options is actually on sale. They seemed frustrated by this also. I still ordered the glasses at full price but I found the online store to be misleading.

Excellent service! Friendly staff and very relaxed atmosphere. When I asked for polarized lenses for my sunglasses, I was advised of the addition fee. I was not offered/pressured to add any additional options on my lenses.

The sales lady remembered me since my last purchase. I was impressed at her knowledge, and she never made me feel as though I was bothering her with the amount of glasses i tried and knowing that a good cleaning had to be done on all of them. she was very patient and I appreciated the personal treatment.

I chose some sunglasses and ordered them from a very helpful young man. When I went for the fitting, the woman, although very nice and friendly, really pressured me to get progressives even though I had stipulated I just wanted my distance Rx, as I am needing to save money. She convinced me that I would not be able to see someone who 2 feet from me without my reading Rx, so I agreed and $100 was added to the price. I emailed customer service 2 days later, asking if it was too late to cancel the progressives and 3 days later, I got an email saying it was too late. So I am a bit disappointed. However, the staff are all very nice.

Les prix sont attractifs pour attirer la clientèle mais dès qu'il s'agit du service après vente, c'est déplorable !
Ils ne sont même pas capables de changer un verre abîmé car il faut changer la monture + les verres au complet. Plus jamais Bonlook !!!!!

Love the glasses and staff at bon look but called to make an appt was told I should do it on line so I did. When I arrived all good picked out my glasses but was told I would have to come back to finish the order as the optricion had to do the measurements and he was off till Wed ! Why can I book an appointment if I can’t complete my purchase maybe if I had been able to book with a person I would have been told that . Now I have to go back to get all the measurements done before my order goes in. What’s the point of being open if people can’t actually complete their purchase
