Un problème supplémentaire
Demande d'un camion<16m2, le camion faisait à peine 12. Un peu compliqué... Demande de driver assistance +1helper: le chauffeur arrive en disant qu'il n'aide pas ce n'est pas son travail. Le helper passera son temps au téléphone pour le problème de taille de camion. J'indique que je ne paierai que le camion pas les prestations non fournies. Pour finir, geste commercial de 800Rs. C'est déjà compliqué de déménager mais avec une équipe pareille ce n'est pas une bonne solution. Dommage, le concept est intéressant mais il faut mettre une charte qualité pour les prestataires.

Driver is super nice but the price is too high now
Driver is super nice. Professional and polite. So the rating is not for him but for the prices and app.
Your app is constantly bugging and I was not able to track. And I am quite disappointed by the costs you charge now for trips like Albion/Tamarin. I will think twice before using your services for those trips and for short distances. Yes fuel has gone up but not that much. So I will use your services less in the future and only when I am not available to do it myself. In the past, it was so affordable and convenient. Not anymore.
