Yes, the information provided online was useless and did not take any account of what I wanted. I also asked repeatedly to be put through to a person but this was ignored. A truly hopeless frustrating experience. If you have a bot answering calls at least provide it with information.
I eventually found another number and spoke to a person who was equally ignorant of Bonds products. I was given a long list of undies in the size I wanted but most were period undies or other irrelevant categories. It was also difficult to find the what the fabric was made of—in one instance I was advised to look at the tag inside the undies—not very useful when trying to buy online

Purchased three raglan tees in store today . I asked if they are exactly the same product as I was wearing and was told ,yes it is the same cut.
I did had my doubts and I was right . The tees I bought were nothing more then one step away from cheese cloth from what I bought 10yrs back . The cut is different from past buys which was most disappointing . Bonds product use to be great

I have sent them approximately four or five emails requesting that my subscription be canceled and it still has not. I highly suggest that no one buys from this company
Bonds website ordering system
I placed an order on the Bonds website and after nearly two weeks it still hadn’t been shipped. I had to chase them up myself, only to be told that they couldn’t fulfil the order and would need to cancel it and issue a refund.
What’s frustrating is that I shouldn’t have to be the one following up just to find out my order can’t be supplied. If they knew they couldn’t fulfil it, they should have contacted me and processed the cancellation proactively rather than waiting for the customer to ask.
It makes you wonder how many orders might just sit there if customers forget about them — which is very common with online shopping. Payment gets taken, but no goods are shipped unless you chase it up. Really disappointing experience and very poor order management.

The workers are always lovely (from the few times I've shopped in a bonds outlet) and I really like the soft materials of a lot of their stuff. But I got some casual style crop tops recently to just wear - because I don't need a lot of support but sometimes I like to wear something under a shirt so my nipples aren't showing. Tell me why the seams are right over where my nipples sit, and they emphasise my nipples. I would be better off not wearing anything at all under my shirt, rather than walking around with what looks like erect nipples all day.

Terrible service and ordering
Terrible service and ordering. This will be my one and only time I buy from the bonds website. It’s been over a week and my order still hasn’t been processed. Sent in a website chat box query about it and it was just a generic auto reply I think saying order are usually processed within 2 or 3 days. Hmm that’s crap.
An email saying there’s a delay and they are getting processed as quick as possible would go a long way in reassurance but no, not even that!
I rang them today to find out what’s going on with my order and was told the Black Friday sales were popular and it’s taking some time to get the orders outns they are working overtime,how laughable. Definitely not good service. I wish I had read the reviews before buying from this company. I definitely would have gone elsewhere but never again.
I thought buying from a well known brand that’s been around a long time, they could be trusted but nope.
Bond stockings with holes in them …
I purchased 10pair on bonds stocking from bigw, I opened 2 pair and they had 2 big holes in them. I did not even have time to try them on. I contacted the company and they could not care less. I think this contact centre was in china.

Bonds socks used to be great however the ones I've purchased recently have gone out of shape quickly in the foot and are now baggy and too big for me.
I am disappointed in my recent purchase of Bonds mid-weight crew tee shirts…
I purchased 3 mid-weight crew tees recently from Bonds online and I noticed that the t-shirts were made in Bangladesh. The Tee shirts looked different and fabric seemed softer. The neckline is different and doesn’t have the two layers of stitching and the neckline gathers now after just one wash. The sleeves are slightly longer and the body of the tee shirt is 70mm longer than my older tee shirts and the tee shirt isn’t as ‘shaped’ as my previous tee shirts. I am very disappointed with the new product now made in Bangladesh. I was always able to guarantee looking good in a Bonds Tee shirt but it is not the case now. I use to purchase 3 or 4 tee shirts each summer but I will not be buying anymore unless Bonds returns to the earlier manufacturer.

I was charged more than what I agreed to on the checkout page due to some bug with the coupons applying and I reached out to the service team, to get an ignorant response not even acknowledging I had been falsely mislead a different price. Horrible customer service. Only buy if you are willing to risk paying the full price of a product.
Multiple items bought but nothing actually instock
Bonds was having a sale online and I purchased multiple items for a newborn/infant 0 - 3 moths. Once order was placed I proceeded to receive emails stating I was being refunded for a number of items because they were not available. I mean what a complete waste of time and effort, just say it's out of stock online and save me the hassle. The other items that were available were dispatched separately which will likely create multiple parcels I now have to watch out for. For such a large company someone should be on top of stock and update the website accordingly.
Online orders a joke
Placed an online order paid in full . Received 2 emails through the day stating items not available and refunded ( could take 5 days ) Items are still available to purchase online even though my fully paid order can not be fulfilled . Called to cancel entire order and told it was too late but had only just received the 2nd email . Given the run around and different information on 2 phone calls about warehouse systems and stores . Not good enough and this is not the first time this has happened and upon speaking to others is common practice . Beware . Happy to take your payment for

Inconsistent sizes, same product
Purchased two singlets of same size, hrey and blue, one was significantly longer than the other, chatted with Bonds who told me the blue colour was always longer than the others! No help, or replacement offered. I now have one singlet and one dress!
Poor quality and service
I had an unpleasant experience with the Bonds Hornsby store the other day. I tried to return some socks which had never been worn andI had the tags and the receipt and they would not accept them. I explained we were going on a big trip away and I had driven 20mins to return them as my husband was very dissatisfied with the product - the socks are very thin and not good quality like the last pair he got for work. The quality has gone down hill. The young ladies behind the counter (one who was the manager), was not interested in helping us or finding a solution. We didn't want a store credit either as I have lost faith in Bonds and their products and pricing so won't be shopping from them again. Very disappointing and a waste of time.

Ship internationally but wont return or exchange
Take note if you buy off their website from outside Australia they will not accept any returns. Lots of advertising on site about how easy returns are - but then in the small print, no returns accepted if you bought internationally.
Order falsely declared delivered, Bonds refuses to refund me
I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered within 3 days. On delivery day, I receive an email from Australia Post (while I'm at home!) saying that the parcel has been delivered. I immediately go downstairs to check around the mail boxes but I can't find it. I spent 1 hour chatting with Australia Post and Bonds but they're both unhelpful.
Australia Post says they left the parcel with the concierge/mail room in a building without such services and that they cannot assist me further.
Bonds says that I have to wait 5-10 more days to hear from their investigation. When I said that it's unreasonable to ask me to wait 10 days for a product that was supposed to be delivered within 3 days and asked to receive an immediate refund, they refused and closed the chat.
I was scammed by this website and itw delivery partner abd wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
