Have had my ionic hairdryer a few weeks now and absolutely love it great to use on my below ears length hair. Get a good smooth result and quickly too. Excellent service from the company.

Bondedblush kept me upto date with tracking and the hairdryer is fabulous. It was in perfect condition and has made drying my hair easier. They contacted me once I had received it and I believe genuinely care. I wanted to use it fully before reviewing. The "new item" excitement often makes us review items more favourably than we should. So this is my opinion.
I have arthritis and thick longer than shoulder length hair. Drying was tiring and rushed because it was a struggle and painful and I often didn't dry it, leaving it tied up. My hair is thick and holds water like there is a drought due! The accessories are generous, even a holder for the dryer. My hair almost never needs to be straightened now and the cool function actually blows cool!! Great for us menopausal ladies!!! It isn't heavy and the holder allows you to loop the cable so you don't have that dragging weight. The accessories are magnetic and stay where you put them. One problem.....Keeping it out of the hands of my kids!!!! Get one, well worth the pennies because it does exactly what is promised and I believe it is an exceptional piece of kit for a very reasonable amount of money.

I am extremely pleased with this face and neck mask and I bought it on offer at a very reasonable price. It provides all seven light waves and also enables you to customise them in combination to treat your skin/health concerns. In addition it allows you to choose which intensity to set. Delivery was excellent too. Thank you!

I purchased from Blonded Blush and contacted them within an hour to cancel my order. This was ignored, and the product was still dispatched over 24 hours later.
When the item arrived, it was faulty. I contacted customer service immediately to request a refund. I was repeatedly told they were “looking into it,” which dragged on for nearly two weeks with no resolution. Then, out of the blue, I received an email confirming a replacement had already been shipped—despite my earlier cancellation and request for a refund.
I clearly rejected the product and stated I did not want a replacement, but this was ignored.
I’ve now had to escalate through my bank, which should not be necessary.
It’s also worth noting the product is shipped from China, which was not made clear at purchase.
Overall, extremely poor communication, long delays, and no accountability. I would not recommend this company.

I inadvertently ordered two hairdryers so had to contact customer service to explain. They stopped the order being shipped and amended it to one. I was kept informed every step of the way and the customer advisor was charming, helpful and professional. The best customer service I have ever received! 👏 👏👏

The dryer is brilliant much more lightweight than my very expensive Dyson which broke after 5 years. Treat yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

Scam company. Ordered hair dryer. Fake, didn't even get hot. Sent it back with the promise of a refund. Just loads of emails with excuses. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

First class service from start to finish

I was sceptical about buying the hairdryer but after looking at other brands on the market I thought I would chance it. I am very happy with my hairdryer. It does not get as hot as my old one which is a good think as used to have terrible split ends. It's less expensive, lighter and has a longer lead than others on the market.

Do not buy from them! They sent a downgraded model and admitted this, then offered to send an “upgraded model” with the neck piece as a good will, then declined to send it and wanted money for the neck piece. The “upgraded model” was the one I ordered in the first place! Then they refused a refund without me returning it and paying the postage and custom charges to send the downgraded model back. They would not budge on this despite admitting they did not send what I ordered. I contacted my bank as I had it all in emails and straight away they refunded me without wanting it back without the banks even starting the disputes process (clearly showing they was in the wrong). And on a last note, the free £30 gift is a nail cutting/ trimming set worth about £3! The £50 voucher can only be used against their hairdryer. I wouldn’t even bother as you will struggle getting your money back through them if there is something wrong. Other reviews are saying similar. Just go straight through your bank if you have any issues and can prove they are in the wrong.

******UPDATE****** - The company contacted me after seeing my review and stated that they would send an upgraded model and the neck piece due to my experience. They asked if I could update my previous review which kind of felt a like a bribe. They sent a picture of the purple mask and neck piece I would receive (This was the one I actually ordered in the first place!!). However, I was just happy to finally get the one I ordered in the first instance. It arrived today and they have sent the exact same downgraded black mask but in a nicer box, and no the neckpiece was not included either! I have no words. Not a good company at all!! I will assume they just have a load of these black downgraded masks they need to get rid of. Don’t expect to get what youve ordered or what they promise to send to rectify any problems!

My first corrrespondence with this company was I thought my order was taking too long to arrive, I was answered immediately with concern but then the order arrived the next day! I had an issue ( my own mistake) on charging the item, once again I received a very courteous reply , patient and kind when it was all my fault, which wasn’t at first apparent . Great customer service. Can’t fault the product or the company.

I bought a facemask with BondedBlush 18th May, realised within minutes I had made an error and requested a cancellation; 20 minutes after the purchase. I also emailed from their website. Had no response so later in the evening, I emailed them again as I did not want them to send the product. Unfortunately, I was unable to stop the product being sent but they have since contacted me with a resolution which is fair and agreeable. It has renewed my faith in products being sent from abroad and also this company in understanding my issue and trying to assist me. I thank them for providing a solution to my purchase.

Im not sure about this company i bought the led face mask and neck attachment but that was clearly not the same brand as the mask that i ordered
They also promoted i would recieve a £50 gift card with my purchase but it turned out to be a discount off the only other product they sell (which is a £150 hairdryer)
They said i would recieve an added gift worth £30 but it was a cheap nail pedicure set
I was working away when it arrived on a month placement had i of been home it would of been returned without a doubt
I wouldnt buy from them again

Update on this company ...
An agent has contacted me regarding the issues i have had and they have refunded me 70% off my purchase , I was also given the option of returning the item and they would of sent another mask out to me
So i can confidently say this company are legitimate and would happily purchase from them again

Bought the Aerovella smart ionic hair dryer. Had a few problems but got sorted with great customer service the problem was resolved straight away, would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with this company, the customer service was excellent - professional, yet so friendly, I had an order query and they were so helpful...the product is great and very well priced..

Would I recommend this company? definitely!
