Brian was efficient, helpful and managed to do exactly what he promised, book me a flight back home to Australia. Would highly recommend Bonaventure Travel.

Very pro-active support during this extreme travel restrictions imposed by the federal and state government. Finding a flight back to home in such circumstances was priceless. Otherwise, the next flight available would have been 3 and half months later and subject to Qantas cancellation and international borders yet to be opened by the respective governments. This overseas trip based on compassionate grounds in order to assist my father during the last 6 weeks of his life and mother (92) transfered to a nursing home was one in a lifetime trip. Knowing my wife broke her right ankle, unable to drive and immobilized for 8 weeks at home, the flight cancellation announcement at the beginning of Septembre put her on the verge of a mental breakdown after more than 3 months of absence and 4 additional months to wait for a Qantas flight at the end of December (direct flight to Perth by now non existing anymore...). Brian's professionalism, efficiency and speed was unprecedented and so helpful.

Expert travel advice with great communication

I recently received a Travel exemption to go to the UK on compassionate grounds. Brian at Bonaventure gave me good honest advice on my travel plans and made all the bookings for me.
