Brian has several trips for us now, both longer family trips with children, and shorter trips for conferences overseas. He is always prompt, courteous, very knowlegeable about the areas to visit, and follows up details to make holiday travel extremely easy. We appreciate his itinerary suggestions, and accommodation choices. Overall, our go-to agent for our family trips and highly recommended.

Brian makes booking a breeze ! just throw the dates and locations through and he was back to me quickly with a great few options, even for a seasoned self booking P1 it was just far easier to get Brian to organise these trips with some workers coming from New Zealand and othes Australia into and around China ! Brian booked my fares and then I needed the dates changed. Not a problem. However I had to have more changes. Brian was able to organise a totally new fare with the new dates just a few days away from when I needed to travel. I am very happy with his helpful, good service and advice.

Best experience ever with Brian booking a very in depth trip through Norway including trains, transfers, hotels, experiences, everything planned out beautifully and communicated to me and I had a detailed itinerary with all the plans, vouchers, flight details etc that I needed at my fingertips. He communicates promptly, anticipates scenarios I wouldn’t have even thought of and as a result the trip worked like clockwork. Would never book any other way again. Brian thinks of every last detail and makes it completely stress free. Honestly think he is a travel genius. Have recommended his services to so many people who have all sung his praises afterwards.
