I have purchased 7 beds from this company all bespoke over the last 12 months and the quality and service has been fantastic. Just had 2 more double beds delivered and it was fast delivery and the quality was of very high standard. I have recomended this company to my family and friends who have all purchase there beds from Bonanza Beds.

I purchased 2 x mini borderline bed and they are perfect. Quality is amazing and the stitching and panelling is spot on. Great customer service and was kept upto date with my order and delivery from beginning to end. Delivery was received within less than a week of ordering which was fantastic especially as I had asked if the beds could come without the diamanté trim as I thought this may delay the beds being delivered. I will be purchasing another bed next year. Thankyou so much.

The bed was exactly what I expected and what I thought it was going to be from the colour to the material and well and truely worth the money

Ordered this bed January 2023 which I thought was stunning. So pleased with the delivery and quality.

That was until a year later the bed overtime the board has broken. It has been made of poor quality materials unfortunately. I’m deviated as I loved this bed.

I contacted and it has taken 4 months to get a reply to say it’s now out of warranty and they won’t do anything.

As you can see from photos the boards have warped all over so is not longer supportive. This is all over the base. It’s thin flimsy plywood which is not suitable for bed support

It’s great for the first year then obviously the quality is not fit for purpose so a year later you’re having to pay out again.

Have since been blocked on Facebook/instagram had comments deleted because I have seen posts made by yourselves that issues with faulty beds would be resolved but clearly not

I recently purchased Crown Panal Bed and it's been a great addition to my home. The assembly was straightforward done by the company itself, and the bed feels sturdy and well-made. The mattress support is comfortable, providing a good balance of firmness and softness for a restful night's sleep.

Received a bed box of wrong dimensions, contacted and they said they’d replace it with the correct box. Second box was also incorrect, so I messaged asking for the correct one and if this wasn’t possible I’d be happy to settle for the intial box to save hassle. For over 4 weeks now they’ve been promising delivery every Tuesday but not following through. Redelivery was meant to be yesterday and now they’re ignoring all messages and phone calls on WhatsApp and Facebook! I have run out of patience and will be taking matters further as I’ve proof of everything that’s gone on and the measurements I was given in the first place to then be delivered incorrect goods!

I am so pleased with the quick ,reliable service along with excellent delivery service. They were so easy to deal with . I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any bed. It's so comfortable too. We ordered superking Victoria wing bed with 2000 pocket sprung mattress and blanket box. It's gorgeous. Was super easy to put together and is very well made. The mattress is of super quality too . Thank you so much 💓

They wasted too much of my time, and I feel compelled to leave a detailed review about my experience. The communication throughout this process has been poor, and I have encountered false information on multiple occasions. Future customers need to be aware of these issues.

I waited almost two weeks for the samples they claimed to have sent, but they never arrived. Despite their assurances, the delay was frustrating and caused significant inconvenience whereby I could have searched elsewhere. Additionally, after we negotiated a deal, they went back on their word, which is both unprofessional and unethical. Such behaviour reflects poorly on their business practices and can severely impact customer trust and satisfaction.

I hope this feedback will serve as a warning to others and encourage them to improve their standards in service.

Ordered a double bed with mattress on Tuesday night and it was delivered on Thursday at 10:00.
Bed is solid and the mattress is comfy.

Very happy with our new bed. The quality is amazing. The service. We communicated via Insta message I was worried as not seeing anything in a showroom but I need not of as the bed the delivery and the service to put it all together for us was spot on. The price aswell I was quoted more than double in a well know bed store. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely love my new bed! Decided on the Milano wing kingsize, in plush green velvet, it’s amazing! Super easy to liaise with and the delivery & assembly service was seamless. Will be recommending to all family & friends!

TERRIBLE.... if I could leave no stars I would!!!
I text the delivery drivers before delivery and asked them to leave the mattress with one of 2 neighbours reply I got was "ok"
Mattress was then left outside against my fence in the pouring rain go the mattress inside it was quite literally dripping.. dripped all over my house .... I then messaged and was told the driver had tried to neighbour who had refused ( lies ) and I had given multiple options ... I have now had to have heating on full blast to dry the mattress and clean all the carpet whenever it's soaked through

I have just brought a bed from this company and the service we received from Mr Atif was amazing as im quite picky but he put me at ease and delivered the bed when he said they would.

The bedframe its self is solid and wellmade and the attention to detail is great it also looks and feels luxurious.

if you are thinking of buying from this company, it’s well worth it the price that you pay for the bed.
