I cannot rate Boma Garden Centre highly enough.
I ordered two Norfolk Pine trees & the service I received was outstanding. They had to order the trees in as a special order - the whole process was faultless & the team kept me updated throughout.
I live in South Wales so placed my trust in this company to deliver a high quality product.
They did not disappoint - my beautiful trees arrived in perfect condition with sturdy packaging.
I am thrilled & immensely grateful.
If ever in London, I will ensure a visit to Boma - no hesitation in recommending this amazing garden centre & the diligent team.

I ordered 3 roses in pots. The process was simple and efficient.
My roses all arrived together - all 3 in one cardboard box. The amount of packaging inside the box seemed to be adequate if it wasn’t for the delivery firm’s driver. A large label attached to the box reads “This Way Up ⬆️ “ but unable to read the driver carried the box upright! Causing two potted roses to fall and squash the (bottom) one. After removing the damaged parts of two roses I feel confident that the healthy plants will survive with much care! I have photos!

I placed a very last minute order with Boma and they were brilliantly efficient and very accommodating about various edits and additions. Lovely people and healthy plants. Would highly recommend!

The service from Bona was excellent. The plants I ordered arrived the next. They were carefully packaged and were in excellent condition. The plants were also really good value.
I wouldn't hesitate to use this garden centre again.

Placed two separate orders a couple of weeks apart and the service for both was excellent at all stages. Well priced beautiful plants, delivered quickly and packaged so well. Certainly a company that I will be keeping contact details for!!

Found exactly the plants I wanted at a size I wanted at this garden centre during an online search. Thought even although they are in London and I am in Scotland I would give them a try as they had a national delivery service. Ordered and paid and over the next few hours I had received confirmations of order, of packing, of dispatch and then of collection by their carriers. Sure enough, by next day they were here, well packaged and in good condition ready to be planted out. Amazing service, especially appreciated for live plants. Would really recommend anyone give this garden centre a try. It is a reminder in these times of online shopping, often with little communication from sellers to buyers who are lefting waiting and hoping for a delivery at some point, that some companies can still provide an online supply service extremely well. I will definitely use Boma garden centre again - hopefully often - and I'd like to add a thank you here to all staff. You did a great job and made me feel I mattered to you and you wanted to give me good service. That is all too rare nowadays. Long may you be running a successful business!

We moved to the new flat yesterday and the plants have already transformed the atmosphere.
They are all very good quality plants, the service quick and efficient.

I chose this lovely garden centre to send a gift of a rose bush . Not being a gardener , I needed advice . Jacek took so much care and time to help me choose the perfect present . He ‘phoned to tell me my order had been received and that he was looking after it . Thank you . I’m so happy I chose Boma Garden Centre and look forward to visiting when I am in London

Ordered 12 bags of manure and 3 bags of compost - its not too bad a price and delivery was next day at the time I requested - called me at 9am to confirm. Deliverer v helpful: he dropped in garden not on street, and no pallets etc for me to deal with! A couple of the manure bags were split on the seam - but taped up.
I had a few issues with the online payment page but it worked eventually. Pretty good experience and I like using a local company.
