We had our bollard fitted this morning by Steve who did a great job,we were highly satisfied with the whole experience with this company,they were all friendly and helpful they explained everything we needed to know,,the drive was immaculate when Steve left,,so glad we chose Bollard Security

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Bollard Security. From start to finish, the service was professional, honest, and customer-focused. Richard gave us excellent advice, even persuading us not to go with the more expensive bollard we had initially ordered. Instead, he recommended a more appropriate and cost-effective alternative—proof that this company truly puts the customer’s needs first. He also arranged a prompt refund for the difference without delay.

The installation was booked immediately for a date that suited us, and although the team was delayed on a previous job, they kept us fully informed throughout. True to their word, they still arrived the same day—even well into the evening—to ensure our installation was completed as promised. The installation team was friendly, efficient, and extremely professional.

The quality of the bollard itself is excellent—exactly what we needed. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and would absolutely recommend Bollard Security without hesitation. A real 5-star service in every respect!

Thieves made 2 attempts to steal my car and I turned to Bollard Security as my neighbour had both his cars stolen and he installed the bollards and he recommended them.

Had a terrible incident happen to me so needed bollards for security. Came across Bollard Security and after looking through multiple other websites realised they were the most competitive on price. Sent an enquiry form across as i didn't know what the best bollard to order was. Got a call from Richard (an amazing guy) and he helped me pick the right one and also gave me a 10% dicount on my order. Came the next day to install them, no fuss or mess and within an hr they were fully installed. Installation guy was amazing guy too. I highly recommend them

Most of us come to look for bollards when we have had a bad experience (like car theft for instance). So dealing with a company that offers great service and value for money is a massive help.
From first contact to installation it was a pleasure dealing with Richard and Bollard Security.
I was kept me informed throughout the whole process.
The installation team turned up on time.
The work was completed with the minimum fuss.
They were polite and helpful with the instructions.
The job was cleaned up and the waste taken away.
I could not be more pleased and I could not think of any way to improve the experience

I browsed around and upon reviewing all the reviews decided to go with these guys. I first spoke with Richard who answered a couple of my queries regarding clay and drainage. I then decided to go ahead and order 2 * 114 670 Lift Assisted Telescopic Bollards in Black. I received an installation date on the same day and about 4 days later the boys (Josh and Ryan) came over. They were diligent, polite and courteous and their attention to detail was great. I mentioned we have clay in our area. They were already aware as it was marked on the job, and they dug deeper to accommodate this. They cleaned up really well too. The process and service, from beginning to end was easy and smooth, can’t fault it, and would totally recommend.

These guys are so good. They fitted my bollards at short notice & came promptly when there was an issue ( self inflicted)
Also when you ring them you speak to a human being. I recommend them

Josh and Ryan did an excellent job, they worked non stop, even cleared up after themselves. Great company and left everything neat and tidy. So if you are looking for some bollards to be installed on your drive then this is the company to go too.👍

Excellent Service!
Bollard needed replacement, so I rang the company late in the evening—not expecting much, especially over a public holiday. To my surprise, the company director answered personally, and the job was done the very next day. I was really impressed with the prompt, professional service. Highly recommended

Excellent speedy service, In a couple of days from placing the order the bollard was installed. The use of the bollard was explained clearly to me and the installation site was left clean and tidy. An excellent company to deal with.

I have 3 bollards fitted by them in summer 2023.
This winter due to freezing temperatures one of the bollards' lock got damaged. Since this wjnter I can't count how many times I have called them or texted them to come and fix it. They have promised each time they will come and fix it but they never have!!! I can hardly maneuver out my drive way !!! Such a bad after care and zero responsibility towards the customers!!!!

My husband told you right away that it was my his fault, he told you he broke it and

asked to come and fix it! He said he will pay for the repair,but you kept ignoring him! You were only concerned about the review we gave you and replied only after that!
When you finally came you said you would not fix it unless I remove the reviews...is it the way to treat the customers? But thank you very much we have found other

From start to finish we have been provided with excellent service. We contacted the company to discuss our requirements on Friday and by Monday our bollards were fitted. We were advised about the types of bollards that would be suitable for us, we chose to have telescopic bollards fitted. I can’t praise the fitters highly enough. They were professional with excellent attention to detail, we are extremely pleased with their workmanship. It is so refreshing to have a company that does what they say they will and work to a high standard. I would thoroughly recommend.

Great product and excellent service. I had the telescopic D4 bollard fitted on my drive. It was all done within 2 days of the request.

The fitters were very good and explained to me that the bollard lock can get stuck with grit and dirt, but regular WD40 will keep in clean. So not had a problem with that.

the bollards are fine, but I've started having problems with the lock sticking, so much so I can barely get the key out anymore, I was told I had a 2 year guarantee, the problem started within a year, I've emailed several times and had no response, so, it seems all they care about is taking your money, their customer service is none existent. so I would spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

I take back everything from the upper review, I had not expected to hear from them, then I got a phone call from the company, and they explained that there had been a few problems at the time and the emails I sent were missed, they were very apologetic, and promptly came out and fixed the problem, so I am now very pleased and would absolutely recommend them

We purchased 3 Intellipost 500 bollards and had them installed in May 2023. Since then these bollards have given us so many issues. The app doesn't work properly, bollards are moving in alternating directions and we're still waiting for remote fobs after over a year. Now 1 of the bollards needs a new battery. We thought automatic bollards without wiring would be great. It's the exact opposite. It would have been better to purchase manual bollards.
