Order cancelled over 2 weeks ago and…

Order cancelled over 2 weeks ago and still no refund received despite emailing the company several times to ask for support and getting no response.

Thank you for the review, the criticism is fair. Your refund failed to process and we did not spot it, and your emails were filtered into our junk folder, so you received no reply. That should not have happened and I am sorry.
The refund has now been processed in full and I have emailed you directly with the details. We are changing how we monitor failed refunds and junk-filtered messages so this is not repeated.

Quality Item At A Reasonable Price

Customer Service was excellent, I really like the product. Good quality item, especially now in the winter months.

Fits like a glove, I bought one for myself and my son.

Quality Item That Draws Compliments

I ordered my beanie via the tik tok shop and it arrived within 2 to 3 days, the customer service was really good.

The product is of great quality and it has been keeping my head warm during this harsh winter, indoors and outdoors.

What I find even more amazing is the amount of compliments that I have received from strangers, on the streets, on the train to work or when I am running errands.

I will be patronising again to buy more beanies in different colours.

Like L'OREAL...you are worth it 👌.

The beanies are a must!

We bought the brainwave beanie for our son! Finally a beanie that is SUPER soft inside but such great quality and design. I was so tired of bad materials and easy wearing materials so finding this beanie was a god send as my son wears it a lot. I’ll be buying these for years to come ☺️🩵

Such great hats for my kids in this…

Such great hats for my kids in this cold winter period. They have extra lining on them that keeps the family super warm avoiding illnesses. Great for spending time in nature and the outdoors this winter. My kids love the bright colours.
