I ordered a camera on July 9, the order status on the website is "accepted", 2 weeks have passed, the order status has not changed, I wrote to the store's email, 3 days later they replied that they "forgot" to change the order status and the parcel was sent on July 9. Another week has passed, I do not have a tracking number for the parcel, the order status on the website is still "confirmed", they stopped answering emails, they do not answer calls either
Due to the complete lack of contact with the store and the lack of a tracking number, I cannot receive the order and all I can do is write reviews

Really prompt and easy service for film development. Would 100% recommend especially if people find it hard to get time to get to a physical shop to get film developed. At pretty much the same price as well can’t go wrong.

Looking forward to receiving the scans and photos back now!

Really happy with my purchase. I placed my order late Wednesday night as I took a chance purchasing a very last minute christmas gift for someone on the off chance that it would arrive in time. I selected and paid for Fastway delivery however when I received my package on Friday, I noticed Bokeh had sent it with
An Post (with a higher delivery charge) instead at their own expense to ensure it arrived on time. The item was also very well wrapped. I really appreciated this gesture from Bokeh and I definitely would not hesitate to purchase from them again. 10/10 service.

I purchased the Agfaphoto Reusable during the Black Friday sale and couldn’t be happier. The website layout is so easy to use and has lots of information about the different camera types they sell.
