I entered my details and within 2 mins. I got a call from Boiler Quotes and within 5 mins. I had my first appointment made for a tradesman to call and survey my old boiler. I am very impressed.

Friendly staff but service could be improved
Spoke to Caterina at Boiler Quotes, who was friendly an quick to make an appointment with British Gas online.
Had another call from people near Haverhill , 54 miles away and made an appointment.
I would like to see a list with contact numbers of the installers contacted by Boiler Quotes as I do not answer the phone to unknown numbers.
I suspect that these installers are at the top end of the market for costs, but I shall wait and see. Waiting for one more installer to contact me, but don't know who. Maybe it will someone more local.

Arranged an appointment for the boiler quote on the same day.
Already given the go ahead to replace my boiler.

Very efficient service
I was contacted within a few seconds of sending a request. the very polite lady explained procedure and arranged for British Gas to call and see me next Friday 6/3/15fir a FREE quotation for boiler replacement. I had another call today from Echo heat confirming an appointment for Tuesday 3/3/15. I am now waiting for the third FREE quotation to be arranged.
Extremely impressed with this service so far.

Very good and helpful service
The representative that called was very knowledgeable and explained everything fully.
Although we were not entitled to a free new boiler he explained other options.
Excellent service not only from the representative but the office staff also.

Brilliant
Excellent service from start to finish, i was contacted by Boiler Quotes within 5 mins of sending e mail to them, i was told within 48 hours 3 companies would contact me to arrange a quote, the following morning 3 companies phoned and arranged to come out and quote, i have accepted 1 of there quotes and the boiler is being fitted within 1 week of contacting Boiler quotes
