W had a new boiler fitted just over 2 years ago. Tom of B C was the installer and gave very good advice on the type of boiler to replace our old one i.e. with preference for a standard type with hot water storage tank: which best suits our needs. Very accommodating with our additional modifications and the system has been operating perfectly. Very clean installation and the servicing since installation has been excellent.
Would be pleased to recommend BoilerCraft to anyone.

Tom was punctual, friendly, efficient and professional. He also honest and the company's customer service is Superb (quick response as I loathe time waster and clear communications)! Definitely recommend Boiler Craft and definitely make use of his expertise for regular service in the future.

I made the booking and was provided with a time and date for the service to my boiler and the replacement of a radiator valve.
I was kept informed of my appointment and received a message 30 minutes before the appointment time to say that Tom was on his way.
The work was carried out efficiently and in very quick time. I was very impressed with the level of service and will certainly use BoilerCraft again inthe future

The engineer arrived on time. He politely introduced himself and and proceeded to enter the house.
The engineer then began checking the boiler, prior to undertaking the usual necessary checks.
No problems were detected.

Clean and fuss free boiler service completed as scheduled.

I fully recommend Tom and BoilerCraft. We have had a new boiler, hot water tank and Hive system fitted as well as a full clean of the central heating system.

Provided good advice beforehand, kept me informed about the appointment to replace an existing gas boiler, job completed very efficiently with virtually no disruption. Some additional related tasks also undertaken to complete. Very happy with the service provided.

I was really impressed with the service by Tom from Boilercraft. Booking was fast and easy with the App and Tom worked methodically and with attention to detail. The fault was fixed quickly and I have now taken out a regular boiler service plan as I was so impressed with the service.

It was so easy to book a slot that suited me. Tom turned up exactly on time and was courteous and knowledgable. My boiler needed a service and he even identified and fixed a small leak on one of my radiators free of charge! Excellent service from start to finish, will definitely be using Boiler Craft for the foreseeable future!
