Kaffee sehr lecker, kann ich nur empfehlen !

Alles super, immer wieder.

Ich habe mit dem Shop keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Mir wurden falsche und nicht funktionierende Produkte geliefert, ich habe gefühlt jeden Arbeitsschritt per Mail ausgelöst und es wurde über Wochen nicht auf meine Emails reagiert. Knapp drei Monate nach der Bestellung ist der Kauf noch nicht vollständig abgeschlossen.
Mir wurde die Bezahlung zweier Rechnungen zugesichert und ich sitze auf einem falsch gelieferten Produkt, wofür ich bereits diverse Male ein Rücksendungsetikett gefordert habe.

Die Ware hat der Beschreibung entsprochen und es gab keine Mängel.

Warum nur 3 Sterne? Bestellung wurde am 21.01.2024 aufgegeben und es gab im Anschluss eine Bestellbestätigung per Mail - danach war bis zum 27.01.2024 "Funkstille" - bin selbst Dienstleister und versuche meine Kunden immer zeitnah zu informieren, dass habe ich hier vermisst.

Hat leider etwas länger gedauert, bin trocken gelaufen und zum ersten Mal musste ich die Mühle korrigieren. Ansonsten ist der Kaffee top, die erste Lieferung ohne Praline😰. Apropos, ich passe mein "Kanban-System" an!

Habe eine Mühle online gekauft. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kundenservice. Die Mühle sollte schnell geliefert werden. Diese wurde daraufhin mit UPS geschickt. Bei allen Fragen hatte man jederzeit kompetente und freundliche Ansprechpartner.

Hochwertige Kaffeemaschinen machen den Unterschied in meiner morgendlichen Routine. Der reichhaltige, aromatische Kaffee, den sie produzieren, ist ein wahrer Genuss. Ich kann den Shop uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde hier wieder kaufen.

Man wird bei Anfragen sofort kontaktiert und fühlt sich gut beraten

Ordered a coffee machine and a bag of beans from them on the 28th of November 2023 shipping to Switzerland

Didnt receive my coffee machine until 3.5 weeks later. On their website it said delivery time 7-10 days. The problem according to them was the customs was taking too long to approve, however we had to call numerous times to check on this.

The coffee didn't even come until yesterday the 16th of January, dont know why they couldnt send both together.

Now, all of this would have been ok if their struggles were communicated to us and more transparency occurred. We had to constantly call and email them.

They did send us some small goodies as a token of gesture, including some extra coffee. Very tasty coffee I must say!

Schon lange Kunde bei der Bohnenfee und bin sehr dankbar dafür immer gleich bleibende Qualität. Sehr gutes Team und schneller Versand 👍.Des wegen schon lange dort, weiter so👍

I purchased a coffee grinder on December 28th, expecting to receive it by January 3rd or 4th as they indicated in their website. They have ignored all my phone calls, Instagram messages and emails and decided to send the item on January 14th even though I have formally requested several times to cancel the order following the instructions provided in their website (they've had a 18 day span to try and communicate with me and have absolutely ignored me). I honestly don't understand this way to proceed, there is no need to treat a customer like this and I honestly don't understand why such a lack of transparency. I should have done more research about them because I can see in the reviews that they have proceeded the same way with other customers before. I hope this is useful to al buying online from their website and avoid having a bad time like me.

Top Service und Versand schneller als angekündigt. Leider ist statt der bestellten schwarzen Dose eine weisse geschickt worden, aber da diese auch schön ist, gibt es keinen Punktabzug

The service outside of Germany is very bad, it is already the second shipment to receive something I ordered on 12/9/23

I am really satisfied with Bohnenfee's service, would buy here again and would gladly recommend them.
