I did reply to you on a few occasions advising the steps to return the boots, however I received no reply to my messages so assumed you'd decided to keep them
Being a new company and testing several suppliers, I understand we had some quality issues at the beginning which have now been dealt with.
Apologies again that the issue wasn't rectified to your satisfaction
Very Impressed.
I stumbled across bohemian belle & fell in love with the clothes & boots.
I’ve placed many orders now for me my little boy & my other half.
I’ve been really impressed with the quality of clothing , my boots are absolutely amazing.
I waited slightly longer than time scale for a couple of items, but I had the tracking & mine was delayed due to postal services.
Amazing company & Kat is very responsive at replying to emails.

Order wrong, then I had to pay to send it back and pay delivery to get the correct item sent back out which I am still waiting for 2 months later.

Hi Louise, I'm sorry our returns policy wasn't to satisfaction. I have worked on the returns policy hugely over the past few months and also new suppliers with quicker delivery times - based on customer feedback
