They also went above and beyond by covering the shipping costs when I sent my item in for service. When it turned out that no service was needed, they returned it to me free of charge. Many companies would have charged for that, but their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident at every step. I’ll absolutely be purchasing from them again because it’s clear they’re passionate about running a trustworthy, high-quality business that genuinely cares about their customers.

I can’t recommend these folks highly enough. I purchased a beautiful 1675 which was shipped and arrived quickly to the UK. Unfortunately there was a small issue which needed to be fixed. I had a new shipping label within 24 hours and the watch returned back to me within a couple of weeks.
