Bluff företag! Har väntat på en creme jag beställde den 22/2 -26 som ännu inte kommit. Jag har skrivit till dom att de skall stryka min beställning och meddela Klarna. Dom svarar att de är ledsna för min väntan men att det är på väg. De påstår att de inte kan avbryta beställningen

Avråder alla att beställa från Bodytivy😡

Den 26 januari beställde jag en typ probiotika av dem. Det var lovad snabb leverans. Nu 2 veckor senar har paketet inte ens kommit till Sverige. Jag har mailat företaget och klagat på leveranstiden. De skriver bara att de är tacksamma för att jag har så stort tålamod och förtroende. De tycks inte förstå mig. Jag har tappat allt förtroende på dem och har inget tålamod kvar.
Jag avråder alla att beställa från det här företaget.

Beställde något som skulle vara bra levern.misstag gjordes att det blev 3 burkar. 2 annulerade jag direkt . De sa att de skulle ordna det. 2 burkar betalda genom Klarna men ingen respons från varken Bodyniy eller Klarna. Har sedan sett att paketen är levererade för 4-5 dagar sedan och det har de inte. Mycket mycket dåligt. Köp ej från dem

Ett bluff företag, överlever på att blåsa folk på FB!
Säljer tex en intimsalva som inte framgår tydligt att den är på endast 23 gram, alltså 2x23 gram för 299:- sek!! På Temu kan du köpa exxact samma produkt 2st för 32,48:- sek och fri frakt. Dessutom tog leveransen över 1 månad så att Klarnabetalningen skulle dras! Har i 3 veckor och ett otroligt antal mail försökt returnera dessa utan resultat. Med vänlig hälsning, Mikael Silfver

Not sure why people say it didnt work for them. Guess it depends your scalp issue. It didnt completely clear my psoriasis but the itching and burning is finally gone which is honestly the main thing I wanted anyways. I forgot to check trust pilot before I bought it and I probably wouldnt have after seeing these reviews but glad I gave it a shot. Honestly just happy not to wake up to a maddening itch anymore. DELIVERY TIME EXTREMELY LONG, and FULL OF MANY INGREDIENTS.
This shampoo did not work for me. One part of my scalp kept itching after using it. I know this because, to make sure I would find out exactly which product was doing it, I eliminated everything else, and it only happened after I used it. When I went back to my other shampoo, my scalp would not itch. Maybe it works for others, but yeah, not for me. Shocked by the amount of ingredients in it too...
Shipping was not quick at all... it took over a month for me to receive my order and when it arrived, the presentation was mediocre, considering the price...

I ordered a scalp care bundle. The website implied I would receive 2 shampoos and conditioner in the bundle deal. Only one shampoo arrived. I was misled and would never have ordered if I hadknown that they would not honour the deal. After I complained bodytivy sent a complimentary shampoo and conditioner and apologized for the confusion. Mixed feelings about the product, makes my head itch but did experience fewer flakes.

I was so looking forward to using this shampoo and conditioner as I have spent hundreds of pounds on products and this was my last resort. Anyway when I received it my psoriasis was very bad so started straight away. Initially for about an hour the itchiness had subsided but then after an hour it was back with a vengeance. But I stuck with it and used it again after a few days and this time no relief at all. I have now used it for 3weeks and my psoriasis has not improved so yet another product that’s a waste of money. I’ve gone back to my perscription gel and my original shampoo.

The products is ok as shampoo goes but does not clear up as it states. I have emailed 6 times now about 30 day money back guarantee and had no reply. It's an expensive product which is just in short a normal shampoo. Will not be purchasing again. Would leave minus review for customer service if available.

Second time to order and I’m finding the shampoo and conditioner very good.

Absolutely love my Tallow shampoo & conditioner, was very sceptical as I've only used Head & Shoulders for at least the last 20yrs as I've suffered with dandruff, but I've been using Tallow for the last month and my hair is in the best condition and no flaky scalp

It worked on my hair. Before I had dry and flaky areas and after using for the last month both the shampoo and conditioner. I dont have to wash my hair as often and it feels better does not feel like it has beem striped of its oils

Like others have said delivery is slow! I have only used it once so far and pleased with it and a noticeable difference in itching scalp

Wow, didn't really believe all the hype but I love trying a new product. First wash amazed at how good my head feels, my hair is sleek and calm as well which is wonderful. No itchy scalp or a indeed body as I do my hair in the shower and other products set my skin off something wicked. Delivery as others have said wasn't the fastest, but product I would defo recommend

Due to the long delivery time I decided to do further digging into this company. Which of course I should have done pre buying but their website comes across as European. No way would I buy organic skin and hair products directly from China whilst living in the UK! So I am very disappointed to find out this product gets shipped directly from China. So tbh who knows what’s in it, whether the animals the tallow (if indeed it is tallow) have been treated fairly and that what it says on the label is true or not. Very disappointing and distressing.

Ordered 14th February 2025 and still haven’t received the product, I am so annoyed I don’t normally write bad reviews but waiting nearly 7 weeks for this product.
I feel it’s a scam so my advice to anyone is to don’t bother ordering from this company.

This new beef tallow Shampoo stuff is the best i’m usually using multiple different shampoos for different reasons like dandruff moisturizing and etc. This is the first one I’ve had that does all of them very well. Definitely gonna keep buying

I didnt really want to order from them because if how long my glycolic serum took to arrive before but there is literally no other tallow based liquid shampoo out there on the market so I gave them another chance and wow they have really turned it around. It actually arrived ON TIME and works like magic. Seems they have started really listening to their customers. Im impressed.

Just tried the organic tallow shampoo and wow my hair has never felt so clean and moist. I dont even think any other company sells a tallow shampoo, surprising knowing how great they are.

I am still waiting on my order! It’s still in China ordered on 28th of January
