Only because the vinyl was cracking from repeated cleanings...the cushioning is still in good condition. Bought my complete body cushion system some 32 years ago and still using it daily in my practice. Only thing I have replaced over those years has been the face cradle. Ordered many packs of face cradle cover over this time and always received good product. This time however, I’ve noticed a difference probably in quality control, as the elastic tightness is virtually none existent in 3 of the 8 I purchased……disappointing to any the least.

The bodyCushion was very helpful for my 1-week long face-down positioning after retina surgery. After retina surgery, a gas bubble is often placed into the eye to help the retina to heal. The gas bubble has to float up to the area that was operated on to act like a bandage. In my case, it was the back of the retina. Face-down positioning with the bodyCushion allowed the gas bubble to float up to the back of the retina.

quality is really great, yes a bit pricey i agreed but they make it worth it. Customer service also great.

I really love the product. but when I spoke with customer service he said he will add some "surprise gifts" for me that will make me very happy... so I was excited to see what will I get in the box, but he only added one more extra cover, which was no surprise because he promised me that.
But I was rather disappointed at the end.

Communication is really slow for customer support. The products are 5/5 star quality.

I love the product but the company forgot about my order. I emailed and said I haven’t received any updates on my order. They emailed a shipping confirmation from that day, seems like they forgot about my order and they never apologized or discounted the shipping fee. The package still hasn’t been received by FedEx according to my confirmation number.

The face cradle I ordered to replace my well worn one was the exact same as the original. That is a relief! and the price was reasonable.
