2. "I asked to return and they said I would have to pay to return. I saw no place on their site saying this only to exchange. I would have to take it to one of their locations to have it inspected that it has not been worn or washed."

BodySculptor X is a company with HQ in New Zealand. We're still a small company with Fulfillment Centers in the US, Asia, and the EU. Shipping origin is selected automatically by our logistics system to ensure the fastest possible delivery given stock levels in each warehouse; thus, shipping usually takes 7-14 days from the shipment date.
We'll make sure we make changes to our site to make it clearer.

Not only was this person fully refunded but is ignoring our emails. As a small company, we think it is completely unfair to leave a public review when her money is back despite us not getting the products back at all and still ignore our customer support team who only tried their best to help her.

Considering that your order dates back to January 28th and it's now April, I understand the frustration caused by the elapsed time. Our standard policy allows for a 60-day window for returns. However, given the unique circumstances surrounding your situation, we are more than willing to make an exception. You're welcome to return the products, provided they remain unused.
