BodyHealth is one of my absolute FAVORITE companies to do business with! I have been using their products for years! Started out with the protein pills and have tried many other products over the years! I’ve dealt with only a few small issues over the years like things getting lost in the mail and every single time they fix it immediately and so pleasant to deal with! It’s why I will ALWAYS be and have always felt like a valued customer! The most recently got my last subscription order of my protein pills (perfect amino acids) lost in the mail and had the pleasure of being connected to Bekah! She immediately responded when I emailed the company within minutes!!!! She was so pleasant and helpful! It’s people like her that make a company great and make you want to continue using their products- obviously besides the quality of the products! The quality got me in and people like her in their contact department that really makes stay! Thank you again BodyHealth! You’re amazing!!!

I have been using Bodyhealth products for almost 2 and I must say they are simply the best ! Great quality and even better customer service. I started with good responses from the AI support but my request was more complex about multiple subscriptions. I was quickly transferred to Michelle who quickly helped with my request and my product question. Thanks so much, easy and a great experience.

I've been with BodyHealth for over two years now and I have come to trust their products. When a product had gotten lost in the mail, I notified he company and a real live human being responded immediately. Bekah got back to me same day and resolved my issue with no additional cost of time or money to me. I really appreciate the work ethic of Bekah and others at BodyHealth. I'll a customer for years to come.

Received a misdirected package with some nice items in it. A bag of power meal, a can of Perfect Amino, and a can of Sleep tablets. Contacted BodyHealth customer support via email. They responded quickly within 24 hours. Had a few emails back and forth with Bekah trying to figure out what happen and what to do with the package. They ended up letting me keep the items. I have been using Perfect Amino tablets but not the power meal and sleep. Will see how they turn out. Christmas came early this year. :)

I can’t say enough good things about Bekah. I originally reached out for advice regarding supplements, and she went far beyond what I expected. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire conversation. She took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and made me feel completely comfortable and cared for instead of just “another customer.”

What really stood out to me was her generosity and attention to detail. Toward the end of our conversation, she noticed that I had been wanting to exchange one of my products from capsule form to powder form, and without me even asking, she sent me a complimentary powder version. That level of thoughtfulness and customer care is rare these days.

You can truly tell Bekah cares about helping people and wants them to have the best experience possible. I’m beyond grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and support. Highly recommend bodyhealth! And Bekah lol to anyone looking for honest guidance and exceptional customer service! ❤️

Long time used or Body Health products and had a shipment that never made it. Contacted customer service with the details and had a new order shipped within a day. Have experienced excellent customer service every time with Bekah leading the way on this one. Thanks!

I have been using Perfect Aminos for several months now and really enjoy it. I add it to my coffee in the morning. Hoping for some additional flavors in the future ,Maybe a mint Chocolate. In my last order I thought id try the electrolytes ,however quickly learned after one packet that I was allerigic or sensitive to an ingredient in it.
Bekah was very helpful in going through the list of ingredients that was in the PA and not the hydration so we could narrow it down. He also gave me a gift card so i could purchase something different.

A long time fan of the purity and efficacy of BodyHealth products, my recent experience with customer service (Michelle!) only increased my appreciation for the company. I had questions about the relatively near term “Best Buy Date” of a favorite product - Michelle responded quickly, professionally and with a generous resolution. This is the type of people and company I want to do business with. Top notch customer service, just like their products.

I purchased a flavored powder that I did not like. I emailed your customer service on Sunday morning. A few hours later Michelle responded and offered to let me to try a new flavor. Service was fast and easy.
