This company is great, would recommend them to anyone looking for a dress for a special occasion. I bought a surpise dress for my partner for our anniversary and the team provided great service and gave me recommendations based on her sizing and style.

I unfortunately made a mistake ordering from Bodycon Collection for the first time, and it's a terrible experience. I'm in the US, and the item I ordered shipped from the US as well. When I received the item, it had a strong chemical smell so I decided to return it. I emailed this company about returning it and was emailed a return label to print with no delivery service to use, even though their email stated the delivery location will be on the return label. I tried to return it and discovered it would cost me at least $100 to ship it to Australia. Keep in mind the top I ordered cost $55 before the $9+ shipping fee. This is a small crop top, so the $100 to send it to the Australian address had nothing to do with size or weight.

I decided to email Bodyconcollection about this, asking for a return label that would not cost me that much to send their smelly merchandise back. I also brought to their attention that the return label did not specify what delivery location to drop off their merchandise per what they told me. I received a reply back with a link to their return policy that states though they have warehouses outside of Australia, example in the US, returns must be sent to their head office in Australia, and that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping it back. How convenient for them. I paid $9 and a few cents for them to send me a stinky item but I have to pay double the worth of the merchandise to return it. This puts customers outside of Australia at a great disadvantage should you need to make a return. Bodyconcollection should stick to selling in Australia only as those based in that country would probably pay a fair and sensible fee to return their item. They want to put customers in a situation where you're stuck with an unsatisfactory product while they keep your money. Please stop being greedy and without integrity, and stop selling outside of Australia

Terrible quality. Don’t order from them. I purchased a dress for $90 and it was terrible. Expensive and cheap quality

I have been wearing bodycon dresses for years! I love the brand. The people writing "scam" because they ordered something online that wasn't the correct size (oh because that never happens 🙄), or because they find overseas returns annoying... do you know what the term "scam" means ? Because it's not that. Bodycon is a beautiful brand, with great dresses and fabulous customer service. They always deliver the goods and I could not recommend them more !

Absolutely LOVE Bodycon Aus! Their collection is so versatile. I know I can jump on the website and find the perfect outfit for literally any event. I used to struggle finding clothes to fit my hourglass figure. But I started wearing Bodycon and their garments fit like a glove. I’ve also had some of their dresses for years. Such good quality at a decent price. Couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them! ❤️

Amazing dresses that hug your figure so well. They are some of the most flattering pieces I have! I always get compliments.
Just make sure you pick the right size. As a body con if you pick too small it will strain the dress. Just like anything! Love love their dresses for Special occasions

I have purchased nearly 10 dresses from Bodycon since Fall of 2021. I have had nothing but positive experiences. The dresses are excellent quality. I always get so many compliments on them with friends messaging to ask where I got me dress. Recently, they ran out of stock on a dress I wanted. Customer service emailed me right away and let me know they already sent off the other dress I ordered but gave me multiple options to choose from since the 2nd dress wasn’t available. I chose to get it in a different colour. Even with the little hiccup, the dress still arrived in time for the party I had originally ordered it for.
They are my go-to when I need a statement dress.

High quality dresses and great online boutique experience. Was worried about purchasing because of other reviews but it’s clear that those people don’t read T&Cs and are just being Karens. How entitled must you be to assume every company is based in the same country that you are when you are buying products online? Bodycon Collection will now be one of my go to sites to purchase dresses if there’s a special occasion or I deserve a treat.

I didn't even want to give it 1 star. SCAM SCAM SCAM. This company is an absolute waste of tine and money. I really wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time. And what an absolute joke to order from the UK n have to return things to Australia. It's neither free nor cheap as the returns company in UK aren't raking any returns. Disgusting company.

Don't waste your money.

Return process is terrible and sizing is wrong. I ordered two dresses based on the size chart one fit perfectly and I couldn’t zip up the other one. It cost 39.40 to return one dress to Australia and then I found out they only give you store credit.

Ordered a dress that was not true to size, way to small, as many have said tried to contact them, they come back with some standard copy and pasted message, even got my name wrong saying there bulls**t policy…. The best yet, I ordered from UK and to only get an exchange or credit now I have to send to other side of world in Australia.
Stupidly before reading this I ordered two more dresses, immediately after realising I asked for a cancellation and they’re just ignoring all of my emails, messages across all social media platforms. How these people sleep at night I don’t know. Trashy company and I expect again they will reply to this with some bulls**t message

I ordered a few dresses which totaled over $200 and the dresses didn't fit me. They were originally too tight on me. They wouldn't allow for me to get a refund or return, so I exchanged for a bigger size. Unfortunately, the dresses are now way too big on me. I contacted their customer service team and they did not allow for any further exchanges or returns. I contacted them several times and they sent me some BS reply that was probably all typed out and generic because they sent me the same exact reply with multiple emails.

Now, I am left with dresses that fit me 2-3 sizes too large and I am over $200 out, money down the drain. I am planning to throw the dresses away, they are absolute garbage and this company is garbage too.

Scammers, please read their policies before buying. It’s written in a misleading way that you won’t get a refund from youre money and after that, they don’t even accept a return. Basically you’re screwed then. I have never ordered from an webshop where they mislead you like this, my advice: aliexpress/SHEIN have the exact same quality for 3 times more cheaper, and… you can return youre items as much as you want!

The store was in touch after 3 mails applying for a return for 2 dresses that where not in sale, paid full price €83 ally bodycon dress and Penelope bandage €67 is not a discount? If I’m able to upload the booking confirmation as an evidence (they mentioned directly?)
The answer they wrote me;
One exchange per purchase is permitted, any exchanges of that purchase after the first are subject to additional charges.

To help clarify this further, as outlined in our returns and exchanges policy, we only permit one return/exchange per order.

How misleading is this webshop, now they are saying it’s sale items, while I paid full price per item (there was no sale mentioned/or shown) as the prices still match the website.

Lesson learned from my side not ordering here anymore!, hopefully there won’t be any more victims mislead by this website.

The quality of my choices have kept me buying more.

The wrong address was entered into my order, the dress was a birthday gift for me. I emailed the company to get the address changed and was told because it had already cleared customs shipping order amendments and cancelations are not permitted. So either I try to catch the dress in the post office or I don't get my birthday gift from my husband.
