I’ve purchased and sold several watches…
I’ve purchased and sold several watches with Bob’s Rolex through the years. My latest acquisition a Sea Dweller 2019 in mint condition, with original box, tag and booklet arrived and looked as though it had never been worn! It’s my first Sea Dweller. It’s larger than my Submariners and extra heavy duty. I’m in love with the larger bold look and extraordinary detail and quality! Thank you for providing such incredible customer service and support!

Exceeded Expectations
Watch arrived exactly as advertised if not better. The watch looks new and was priced competitively. Upon receiving the watch there were no extra links as I needed it be a tad bigger. Emailed in the AM to inquire about buying an add’l link and received an email shortly after I sent the request notifying me that a complementary link will be sent. Highly recommend Bob’s watches. Stellar service and honest product representation.

Lack of transparency
I am confused how most of you have given this company 4+ stars. My experience with them has been terrible.
The watch I am interested has box, paper and it is a 2024 Omega Snoopy 50th Anniversary model. My simple question was - are you able to inform me if the watch was originally purchased in US or Asia ( meaning grew market )
The answer given from - Andrea Miller who is the purchasing manager is “We buy and sell from the public”.
I pinged again politely asking - Given the box and paper are available, are you able to share where this watch was originally purchased.
No response !!

The watch was really beautiful and clean. It looked like new. It arrived the next day, beautifully packaged. Be mindful that you would need to be home to sign the delivery.
The customer service was also great. I really appreciate how everything was handled. I felt taken care of.

I very skeptical about buying watches…
I very skeptical about buying watches online, but after doing research, i believed Bobs watches was a legitimate business, so I purchased a breitling superocean. The watch was delivered the next day and watch came as described and was authentic. Probably saved $1600, if I would have bought it brand new, so definitely a great purchase. I would recommend bobs watches to someone who is worried about buying an expensive watch online and they were unsure of the authenticity.
