Not tasty very average brownies .I am surprised why it’s very expensive when it has nothing brownie box brownies are far better than yours very disappointed

My payment was refunded and my order for 3 boxes of brownies was cancelled in December. Very disappointed as they were for Christmas gifts.

After writing the previous review (please see below), we have had a really quick response. The issue was easily resolved and the brownies arrived before we read the email with the outcome (and apology).
Will be using Bobbie's again - thank you to staff for resolving this so quickly.

Lack of communication (and brownies!).
We ordered some brownies in September, but have yet to receive them despite emailing via the website. We have emailed info@ and hello@ with no success.
We have yet to hear back, but are disappointed because the brownies were great last time we ordered them.

Lack of communication. I have ordered with this company before and was satisfied, however this time I paid extra for a gift tag and didnt get the opportunity to write a note on it. I contacted the company immediately afterwards to query it and didnt receive a response. I also received no communication informing me whether the brownies were delivered or on their way.

The brownies are delicious but the delivery was late. Maybe because of bank holiday but couldn’t give 5 stars this time.

Had confusion over delivery address so ended up purchasing 2 boxes - did email but response clearly didn’t understand my request - hence 2 boxes. When they arrived they were broken as the contents were sliding around box- not packaged very well. Expensive for 3 brownies.

Best Brownies I've ever tasted. 6 huge portions. I gave a few away to family and cut the rest in half and put them in the freezer for a repeated Sunday treat.

The ordering process was smooth and I love the packaging and branding. The brownies were tasty and filling. I'll order them again!

The brownies from here are beaut. Taste great. Perfect consistency. 10 out of 10

We have treated ourselves to Bobbies on many occasions, as well as gifting them to others. They are so delicious, the perfect treat with a nice brew or up in the mountains.

I sent a brownie slab to my daughter and she reports back "Amazing". However, the quality of the brownie has been overshadowed by the poor experience post placing the order. I placed the order on 23rd April and requested delivery on 27th April so that she could have the slab for the weekend of the 29th. Delivery was 2nd May. I ordered a slab so that she could cut it up in sizes to suit herself and my grandson. She received a box of 6 brownies. I got no response to the two emails I sent.

Great to share with friends. Very generous size and definitely difficult to eat an entire one, but that won't stop you from trying.

Underpromised and over delivered.
Delivered early, but not so early that it spoiled my surprise.....fantastic quality.......great practical packaging. Taste was fantastic. Thanks a million. I will order again when I want a quality product. The ordering process was straight forward too. No great complications for those not used to ordering online.
