I was satisfied with my purchase and the delivery but I believe my credit card information was taken/ stollen from Boardsports. Based on the fact that I live in BC and shortly after my purchas my credit card was used in fraudulent purchases in Ontario.

DO NOT buy anything on boardsports.ca! I did and my credit card was compromised. I live on the west coast and ordered bindings from the Boardsport website. A week later fraudulent charges started showing up on my mastercard. All the charges except one were in Toronto, the other one was close to Toronto. I contacted Boardsports and was told it couldn't have happened on their website. The guy tried to tell me my card had been skimmed. I guess that explains why all the charges (except the one) were from the same city as Boardsports is in. And no, I haven't ordered anything else online recently. I asked that I be notified of what Boardsports is doing about this situation and never heard back from them. If I could give them zero stars out of five I would. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere!

Product was shipped same day, and received in time for my next trip to the hill.
Overall, great service and competitive pricing!

The product is in perfect condition and I got a good deal as well. But I got no notification email about the purchase of the product or the shipping details. So I had to request for them. Maybe you can improve that for the next time.

snow board purchase
The sales person was very helpful in helping me choose the equipment that was right for me.She answered all of my questions and even went to try the snowboard boots to see if the boot would fit properly in the binding.I bought everything over the phone and I received all the items in a few days.All the items where on sale and the total price was very good.
