I purchased five pairs of BN3TH…

I purchased five pairs of BN3TH underwear during their Black Friday sale, expecting high-quality products. Unfortunately, out of the five pairs, two started pilling significantly after minimal use, and the other three are also showing signs of pilling.

When I reached out to BN3TH customer service, hoping they would address the issue, I was told that because it was a Black Friday special, they wouldn’t do anything about it. This response was both disappointing and unacceptable. A company that stands behind its products shouldn’t make exceptions based on when the purchase was made.

The quality of these underwear is extremely poor, and the customer service is even worse. I will not be buying from BN3TH again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable products and better service.

Website easy to understand and quick shipping. Disappointed in the newer product

Website is easy to understand and shipping was very quick. Earlier this year I purchased two pair of XL Inception boxer briefs from a different company. They were incredible fit and feel and didn't want to take them off. However, the waistband left two red circular marks around my waist. So I exchanged them for Classic Boxers XL and they were actually a smaller size than the Inception. So I returned them.
A few months later on Bn3th.ca's website, they had a sale on mystery Classic Boxer briefs and I could get them in XXL (as I knew the XL would not fit). The price was right and they arrived quickly. They are okay briefs but not worth the regular price. I don't like that they are not seamless in the rear and have noticeable stitching, the tags have to be removed which leaves some thread exposed to irritate. the front has this weird u-shape which makes it hang lower than normal and the pouch is nowhere as nice as the Inception briefs eeven though it has the same technology. It seems the Classic Boxers don't have the "pucker panel gusset" that the Inception had. And I hate the waistband. I'm glad I got them on sale and will use them as a backup, but will not buy from again.
